Only if Durga can catch him, he seems to be VERY good at avoiding her, if only for a little while. I suspect we'll see Jan, Kumal, and Jersey in some form by the end of Halo 2... Well, maybe just kumal and Jan. Jan can do well as an "average" military type, and Kumal could easily become a medic (spec'd by others elsewhere), But the only reason Jersey is even in these clips is his involvement with Durga, He's just an average Joe, and so I wonder how he will survive when the invasion starts... Of course he'll probably make a good refuge, though if Durga goes (insert word for going crazy after 7 years here) by the end of ILB (which she might just, more indepth spec on this later) I can't see him having alot going for him...

Personally, I hope that none of the characters from here appear in Halo 2. Just as I hope that MC doesn't appear in any sound files.

It just makes it seem like this is a real world. Things happen everywhere, not just in places around the main character.

It's like Star Wars. Wouldn't the prequels have been so much cooler if they'd invented new characters instead of trying to squeeze some crappy connecting history around R2D2, Vader, and Boba Fett?
