Summary : The Shaws definitely believe us now, and want us to write a story which they will place in the local paper to expose Section White to the public. We have till tomorrow.

[19:37] <DanielShaw> So, I was doing some research, and I went back to a factory on the outside of town.
[19:37] <DanielShaw> A place where Section White and The Wild Card Gang had a battle.
[19:37] <DanielShaw> This battle was from long ago, but there were still plenty of markings around from it.
[19:38] <DanielShaw> What I found was interesting.
[19:38] <DanielShaw> A set of deep scratch marks, the end to a pink guitar, and a card.
[19:39] <sequoya> a pink guitar? Hmm.
[19:39] <DanielShaw> Section White has no member that uses a guitar for a weapon, no member that scratches, and no member who uses cards like I found.
[19:39] <DanielShaw> I originally thought that the card was from the WCG, but it's not their style card bomb either.
[19:40] <DanielShaw> I threw it, and it didn't explode.
[19:40] <sequoya> What kind of card was it? Is it possible it was shot from a gun?
[19:40] <DanielShaw> That's the thing, it has a black back and a sword and a musical note crossed on it.
[19:40] <DanielShaw> It's the seal of Section 32.
[19:41] <DanielShaw> They were there.
[19:41] <sequoya> Oh, I see..
[19:41] <DanielShaw> But no one ever said that they were there.
[19:42] <DanielShaw> So what I'm thinking is, SonicReverberation, Black Jessica, and QuickHand were present to fight off someone.
[19:42] <sequoya> Hmm, that's interesting.
[19:42] <DanielShaw> I'm guessing, from what you guys told us, it was the WCG.
[19:42] <sequoya> do you know any of the details of this battle?
[19:42] <DanielShaw> I do.
[19:42] <DanielShaw> The WCG captured a young girl during a bank robbery.
[19:43] <DanielShaw> So, the battle ended up being a hostage situation.
[19:43] <DanielShaw> Section White went in, and saved the day, of course.
[19:43] <sequoya> Was the young girl saved?
[19:43] * Fatal has joined #gateway
[19:43] <DanielShaw> No.
[19:43] <Deaddrop> ouch
[19:43] <DanielShaw> When they got there, she wasn't there.
[19:43] <Deaddrop> that's tragic
[19:44] <DanielShaw> Once again, I got another solve.
[19:44] <DanielShaw> It blew my mind.
[19:44] <DanielShaw> The chair that she was held in was pushed off to the side, but it left scratch marks in the floor.
[19:45] <DanielShaw> So, I repositioned the chair.
[19:45] <DanielShaw> The floor was scuffed there from some shoe marks.
[19:45] <DanielShaw> Probably sneaker marks.

[19:46] <DanielShaw> So, most likely, seeing that the WCG all wear boots and crazy shoes, it wasn't them.
[19:46] <DanielShaw> I followed the sneaker marks away, so she was freed at one point.
[19:46] <sequoya> Freed? Or kidnapped?
[19:47] <DanielShaw> And I followed them back to behind a set of tanks.
[19:47] <DanielShaw> Just wait Sequoya.
[19:47] <DanielShaw> Back behind those tanks there was a large energy blast.
[19:47] <DanielShaw> Like the style an aura of energy would create.
[19:48] <DanielShaw> And walking away from that blast were hi-heel marks. Probably metal, seeing that they engraved the floor pretty well.
[19:48] <DanielShaw> And that's about where I found the card.
[19:48] <DanielShaw> My hypothesis was that this captured girl was actually QuickHand, and the WCG never knew what they truly had.
[19:49] <sequoya> That makes a lot of sense, Daniel.
[19:49] <DanielShaw> Because, A. The girl appeared un-hurt the next day.
[19:49] * Bill has joined #gateway
[19:50] <DanielShaw> And B. Section White didn't "attack" the factory until that morning.
[19:50] <DanielShaw> Why this was overlooked before, I'll never know.
[19:51] <DanielShaw> So, I truly believe you guys now, and I'm sure my brother does too.
[19:51] <sequoya> That's great. I'm sure we could use some more allies Smile

[19:52] <DanielShaw> You see, I work part-time for our local newspaper, the Republican and Herald, don't know if you've heard of it in your investigation or not.
[19:52] <sequoya> Yes, we've seen several Republican articles.
[19:52] <DanielShaw> Well, I'm their copy boy.
[19:53] <DanielShaw> I put the copy into articles.
[19:53] <DanielShaw> And then send the pages to the plant.
[19:54] <sequoya> Excellent.. so you intend to alter some of the stories?

[19:54] <DanielShaw> If you guys could write me an article on Section 32, I can throw it into the paper and have it printed without anyone knowing.
[19:54] <DanielShaw> Until it's too late.
[19:54] <sequoya> Okay, I'm sure we can throw something together.
[19:54] <DanielShaw> That would be great. You all know alot more than us about Section 32.
[19:55] <DanielShaw> Maybe now we can start a revolution.
[19:55] <sequoya> When is your next deadline?
[19:55] * Fatal has left #gateway
[19:55] <DanielShaw> There's a deadline everyday, but I'm saying Monday at 8:00 PM EST would be the best.
[19:56] <DanielShaw> Just send it to Henry before then, and I can get it off of him.

[19:56] <sequoya> Tomorrow? Okay, will do.
[19:56] <DanielShaw> Yep, tomorrow.
[19:56] <DanielShaw> This is going to be great.
[19:56] <DanielShaw> I never really liked Section White.
[19:56] <DanielShaw> I always thought they were too stuck up to be heroes.
[19:57] <sequoya> How can we be sure the public will believe the story?
[19:57] <DanielShaw> We're not, but we can at least ruffle some feathers.
[19:57] <DanielShaw> Make people start looking and asking questions.
[19:57] <DanielShaw> That's something people in this town just don't do anymore.
[19:57] <sequoya> Yes, perhaps people like yourselves who like conspiracies will begin to look into it Smile
