The lexicon i'm using is available at (www.allonemind.com).

Icocasb: (times?)
Cormfa: Numbers
Luciftian: The Brightness (or Ornaments of Brightness)
Lonshin: Power (or Their Powers)

Cocasb: Times, time, of time, the time.
I: is, son of light, sol or venus

If you're trying to work these four enochian words into a sentence using them as they were presented in the initial e-mail (Icocasb, Cormfa, Luciftian, Lonshin), you might be able to come up with a sentence.

Venus (or sol, or the son of light) numbers the brightness (of) their powers.

The only numbers i can think of are the thirteen book titles given in that e-mail.

[EMAIL] From Vistor Information for Tranquil Valley

Hello,

I'm on the road a lot and like to visit the small little places as
much as possible. Once you've stayed in large hotels in large cities
for years, the small towns look a LOT more appealing. Anyway, I'd
like to stay at Megans Bed and Breakfast and I've contacted her for
prices. So I was wondering what else you can tell me about Tranquil
Valley? Have a visitor information packet or some city maps?

Thanks,
Norville O. Freiherr

Hello,

As I've already stated to your Bed and Breakfast neighbor, I'll be
passing through the general area in the near future and would like to
stay in Tranquil Valley's Bed and Breakfast. Due to the finicky
nature of my body, foods have to be prepared certain ways. I was
wondering if you could provide me with your menu and if you would be
able to change your meal preperations for me if I do end up there? I
understand extra expenses could be in involved so I'm fully prepared
to pay for them.

Thanks for your understanding,
Norville O. Freiherr

I emailed the restaurant and Megan's B&B and got pretty useless responces. Posted below for posterity.

Mr. Bakely,

My apologies for taking so long to reply. Quite a few people have been
emailing me about Anne recently. Unfortunately, as I've told them and Mr.
Gray, Anne was a very private person. We don't know anything about her life
outside of work, and she did not work the day she disappeared, so we have no
information about that. I'm sorry I could not be more help.

Mr. Bakely,

I am pleased to hear you are looking into the disappearance, I myself
haven't heard anything more about it since Mr. Gray asked me some questions.
I did not notice anyone suspicious in town, and I did not have any guest
which seemed to concern the local police officers who looked over my guest
list. Good luck in your snooping.

Good evening,
Megan

Laughing Guess they don't realize that I'm Ms. Bakely. Gosh darn androgynous game names.

I sent several mails as well. All that they gave was that Anne's car is still parked at her garage, she is not a church member, and have few friends at work. She has some old college friends, but they rarely talk.

New email from Gray. Same ol stuff, save for a little more info on the Ardmur case.

Graig,

I've had more offers for help with Anne's case than I ever thought I would.
Those flyers are more effective than I ever imagined. As I've told many
others I don't have any new information about Anne at this time. I'm
beginning to fear that she wont be found.

The Ardmur case was over two years ago, but the basics are as follows. The
researchers at the Ardmur Historical Society Library apparently decided that
they could supplement their research salaries with the sales of some of the
more valuable books. They knew their subject well enough however to be able
to replace any copies they took with less valuable versions of the books or
expertly done forgeries. I don't know how long they thought they could keep
that up without someone noticing, but from testimony it was learned that
they had been pillaging the library for nearly two years before they were
caught. During that time a strong black market for rare books sprang up in
Tranquil Valley, and several city officials, being collectors themselves,
bought volumes from the Ardmur Library for their own collections, or to sell
elsewhere. I caught the people responsible over the course of several
months by very carefully watching several valuable books and making note of
when they were replaced. A thorough questioning of the librarians
eventually cracked one of them, then another, finally learning enough to
intercept several clandestine meetings for the sale of various volumes.
Unfortunately I believe that many of the higher profile buyers saw signs of
my investigation threatening them and so pulled out. I hope this
information helps clear things up for you.

ARGraphics

It seems we have no idea where Tranquil Valley even is. We have a map, but what good will that do. Interestingly enough, on ARGraphics it says they are in 3 cities: Boston, Milwaukee, and Denver! It even has a red exclamation point next to the text!!! Sounds like we should pay extra attention to this info:

http://www.argraphics.biz/about.php

We know Tranquil Valley is in the midwest. So... any thoughts?

I googled argraphics denver and found an odd site:
www.internationalholistictherapiesdirectories.com/hypnotherapy_USA.htm

I think it's legit though - DAMN!

This is not necessarily related, but since this is still beginning, I figured I'd shoot it off: Mr. Gray is a very typical Sci-fi reference to alien-kind... could this be some sort of inference to an abduction that we're investigating, or somesuch? (sorry, no answers... just wild spec with no fruit)

Hello,

Having a keen interest in all types of books, I was wondering if you
could provide me with a couple pieces of information. I'm traveling
through the Tranquil Valley in the near future and plan on staying at
your town's Bed and Breakfast. Do you carry only new books, or used
ones as well. There are a few rarities I'm searching for, for my
collection. In any case, I always like a book and look forward to
visiting your store.

Thanks,

Hi,

We are pretty much a standard book store, like a Borders or something.
Mostly newer releases but of course not exclusively. Obviously we have
school kids who need Shakespeare of Dickens and that kind of stuff. We can
also special order a ton. Hope you enjoy your visit, I've met Megan once or
twice, she's a nice lady.

Google 'ARGraphics' and a whole mess of sites, 86 in total, pops up. They're all designed by this company called 'ARGraphics' who now seem defunct, but definitely not in game because their logo is completely different.
