We do indeed. screw it, what's five more days?

Florida has gotten shafted a lot this year (with the hurricanes), you think they could put a spot in FL, but its their decision and I'll have to respect that.
Darkmoonz, I feel you pain of working at a theme park, but you got it lucky, I worked at two different Disney parks down in Orlando before leaving for FSU.

Damn. Yeah, all I know is that Diseny comes off as evil to me, so working for them was pretty depressing, especially when you have to sell families stuff that you know will break or fall apart in a few hours.

Only right now? Hyacinthe, my dear, you should always enjoy being female.

Whew, we're legendary now! Golly gee, all this flattery is making me light-headed.

In game or Out of Game, expect a treat. I have been to several Microsoft Events and they have never failed to amaze me.

I'm glad I'm on the right side of that army. Wink

If I'm going to drive 12 freakin hours there and 12 hours back I think I'm going to stay for a while. Maybe I'll try to take off thursday and friday...

the hotties...

typically the only hotties involved in video games are the characters in the game... But then again my gf enjoys watching people play video games (one of those odd personality traits that make the relationship possible, not that I'd leave her for a game, but I'd probably not notice if she left me for a few days...) and she is hot... But... if there were lots of hot gamer chicks... why don't we hear from them more often?

This will be a marketing event... and guess what they do at marketing events aimed at the 15-30 year old single male crowd? Yep... bring out the hotties. Chances are this will be loud music, lots of plasma screens, hottie hostess kind of event.

A Goddess Army? definitely sounds kick ass to me. We should make shirts! Very Happy

Phaedra, I'm always happy to be a woman. Sometimes I cant handle females of the teenybopper variety though. When you are a teenage girl, people seem to think you are automatically ditzy... which I can be, not gonna lie there. I like to think I can be a bit more intellectual though. Or at least have weird enough tastes to be considered different from those types.

For example of my weird tastes: ILB! Wink

While it saddens me that I'll be missing face-time with the Goddesses, who seem to think that Chicago is a better place than Austin in November (our highs have been in the 80's for the past couple weeks), I'm happy that they picked Thursday, as it is the one day free I have next week -- including the weekend, when I'll be in Houston!

Too bad that I'm the slowest FPS player I know...ah, well.
