 		Ah, I have a four hour drive ahead of me, so a nice relaxing lunch sounds oh so nice.

Daddy, that is pretty cool! I'm also sticking that on my car. I will be sporting my goddess army shirt in my beemobile! *laughs*

That sucks Kirsten! I'm on the fence with staying the night and making the ride home.

 		I just remembered one exciting thing about travelling to Chicago: 7-11s!! 7-11 currently has Halo 2 Slurpee cups, and they're running a promotion for Halo t-shirts.

 		I already have all three, sitting proudly in my kitchen. The one thing that sucks though, is whatever they used to put the images on the cup scratches up really easily.

Wish I could. I'm in a medical research study that finishes thursday morning at 7:00am! I'll pull the tube out of my nose, hop in the car, and just might make it before the 7:45pm dead line.

 		Since no one is exactaly sure exactaly where this is happening or whats going on the earlier the better. i was thinking meet at a restaraunt at like noon or so then trying to figure everything out from there.

 		That sounds like a good idea, SpartanVIII. Does the Goddess Army seem to be fine with that? Should we all meet up and spend the day together.

 		hey party people- here are some question for folks who have received confirmation e-mails

- when did you send in your reply? (as in, how long did it take to get your confirmation?)
- which e-mail did you use (Hotmail or G-Mail)?
- did you use your real name or your screen name?

i am just being totally paranoid. i sent my screen name info to the Hotmail addy on Wednesday (i caught up a little late), and then one more note to G-Mail at around 2am today. i really really really really really really really wanna go. NYC is just a 2 hour drive with no traffic. soooo excited!

Alas, Kali and I both work and while we're able to get away an hour early (at 4:00) I believe I speak for both of us when I say that we both have work to do that will prevent us from spending the whole day in Chicagoland.

But have fun without us (the rest of the Goddess army, I'm sure, can manage ably without us for an afternoon Smile ), and we will definitely see you at the event, and hopefully a little before.

 		woohoo! i just emerged, so i've missed out on the conversation since last night... but, to answer your question kali (and whoever else asked) my design said goddess squad (since i forgot y'all upgraded to an army) (:

so have we decided who would have camera's at this thing? i ask only because i want to make sure the goddesses get their due airtime... and weephun, we can just tape ourselves playing halo 2 on the 9th, since all these things are way too far away from us... (:

So theres contest winners + ilb + probably some others who get invited to fill empty or unclaimed spots...
