Just throwing this out, but does anyone else think that they might show a actual movie of the sound clips? It is going to be at the Streets of Woodfield theater, I know its like over 4 hours of audio, just wondering if anyone else was thinking this.

By the way hoping to meet lots my fellow beekeepers in Chicago(Schamburg)

Ok, when Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow came out they did something similar. In the front row of the theater were xboxes and TVs and one theater played against another theater on Xbox Live. While those that werent playing were able to watch on the Big Screen, thats what we are going to be doing.

a

The clues released make most believe that we'll play halo 2 and most agree.

-Reference to LIVEware (xbox LIVE)
-Refering to it as combat mission "software"
-Talking about how the rest of the country will recieve this same training on NOVEMBER 9th
-Have to be 17 to enter (halo is rated M)
-Located near Loews Theatres who initially played halo trailers
-All Loews theatres are digital, something needed to display a video game on the large screen

Yeah...

Oh and Chipotle at 4 sounds awesome.

Thanks for the clarification. Is this conjucture from the commonality between the other sites? Regardless, that's good to know.

However, Gameworks is not useless to us. That's where the after-activites can be held!

Hey.. I was at that axon as well... I was wearing sunglasses, and was one of the guys by the gas station who had a sinking feeling that the payphone inside the banquet hall was going to ring instead of the one we were standing around... Oh, and once we made our way across the street, I believe I was the last person to listen to the clip before ended.

I was at that too.

DIgital indeed

Actually super dunner, only like 30 or so theaters in the nation are equipped with the full out digital projector that woodfield has. The one they have is cool because besides projecting movies they could throw up whatever the hell they wanted from live broadcasts of the super bowl to a regular old DVD, or luckily for us, some Halo 2 greatness. And it all makes sense because if you figure four xboxes a theater you get a nice 16 person game goin. I'm pumped.

Thanks, Angelo. You are "teh cool."

Does any one have a lap top they will be bringing? Just in case there is any update on the site? Or are there computers in Starbucks? I've seen computers in coffee houses before, but never a Starbucks. (because I never go there)

Yes, poll tommorow sounds great, considering its election day. Very Happy

Is Gameworks 21 and up?

For how long? RoboGRIFF and I won't arrive on the scene until about 6:00pm. Also, please post a map and/or some walking/driving directions from the event to Chipotle. I know it's close, but where?

So I'm just stressed at my first road trip and the fact I am planning it all by myself.
You don't have to go, but we are so glad you will. Remember: This is all for fun. If you don't get everything exactly right, nothing's lost and nothing's ruined. Oh, and planning a trip to a new place by yourself is always stressful --at least, for me. See you there!

Dang, I'm only 18. Did everyone else (who can of course) still want to go? If so, are there any other under 21-ers who still want to have a get together afterwards?

Razz Thanks, I feel better now. I had just been in an argument with Bill (the aforementioned boyfriend) because he is getting a lot of crap from his family. He really wants to make the trip with me though and we were just bickering with each other.
