The words to match the feelings are not available to me at this particular junction of coordinates. It's possible that the smile keeps getting in the way.

I love you guys. 42 adjectives for spectacular.

They NEVER say it. Which is part of what makes it so impressive. But Jersey's father was on the apcoypso. And if you read the operator monolouges? You find out he had an interesting relationship with Melissa/Durga, which is probably why she likes Jersey so much.

Why do you think Durga won't bring his dad back for him?

But finally: that whole bit where Jersey's mother tells him how his father always loved him....kinda the cincher.

Well, after you made me unnecessarily miserable, and just in case anyone else felt the same way: The PMs have now confirmed that Jersey's dad is not dead. Yay!

(Good solid SPEC, though. But "solid" doesn't necessarily mean "correct," as I am repeatedly learning anew.)

The running question of the night was: What happens to all these characters now that ILB is over?

And my running gag answer all night long was: You know that first nuke you see in the Halo 2 trailer? Yup. That was them.
