META: Help!

Is anyone else getting a little overwhelmed by the volume of email? Would anyone be willing to do a quick summary of what we've learned from the various characters and entities so far?

I also think it might help if we only posted replies from in-game characters, along with quotes of what they're replying to.

And continued the protocol of posting the responses in bold letters, too, please! It really helps those of us who only have time to read the in-game-character responses.
