Wow, all of this before I made it to PayPal.

Which is good, because apparently my PayPal account expired. (Haven't used it in over two years). Weephun, do you have somewhere to stay? Because if you need to pay for a hotel room, I'll go register a new account and send my promised $30.

Jaw, you are amazing.

Ditto. Too late to do anything but stare in frank admiration.

You, collectively,

ROCK!!!

Wow indeed.

I disappear for a few hours and I miss all the excitement. Congrats Lt. Weephun, now if we could only get the engineer bay working again.

I'll also be in New York, so I too hope to see your name pop-up.
My guess is that different Bungie and Microsoft people will be at the 4 locations, between the 4 sets of groups we should be able to piece together a lot of information for everyone.

Good job to everyone who helped Weephun out.

No, no place to stay yet, but I'm going to try and see if I can't stay with somebody in the area or something. I feel amazed enough at you guys paying for my flight.

How's this: if there is any swag or other memorabilia that can be bought at these events, use that money to do that and send it to other beekeepers who are also unable to make these events. Sound good?

Yes, yes he is.

Oh my god, all of you are so nice, this is amazing. I have the pleasure of knowing weephun and he's absolutely deserving of this, and had I known of this earlier, I would have gladly donated myself.

I wish I would have gotten involved in this earlier because I would have loved to get to know all of you cause you all seem so nice and fun.

I'm seriously contemplating driving to San Francisco myself but I'd miss school (why is it on a Thursday?) and I don't know if I can miss any more school, I have a midterm on Friday.

Mmm, should I go or not...crap...can't decide yet...

Thanks again everyone for giving weephun your money, he deserves it.

I think that's a great idea. Also, just in general, if there's extra swag to be swiped (in an honest way, let's not rip off the wonderful people doing all of this) maybe we should organize a distribution lottery to get toys out to those who couldn't make it.

I think, for this, verified crew listed on the 404 page would have priority.

Fine, steal my thunder. Razz

Actually, it has been pointed out to me that such generosity is uncharacteristic of the Goddess of Death and Destruction, so it is best that you run the show. You know how being nice makes my head hurt Crying or Very sad

Where's the post going to be, so I can sign up? And Weephun, I know you've got transport down, but have a drink on me, man. You deserve it.

I know, dear. <head pat> That's why I saved you the trouble. I did put you down as a donor, however.

All right -- for those who missed your chance to be generous with weephun but still want to store up enough good karma to avoid being reincarnated as a cockroach, avert the wrath of G-d, suck up to someone, build your resume, or make up for forgetting how close it was to Yom Kippur, here's your chance to FLEX THOSE CHARITY MUSCLES.

I'm not sure what they'll have there, so this may all be in vain, but: collect extra souvenirs and goodies, or even (if you have the means) purchase some small items for the faithful crew and SPArmy members who can't make it.
