Yay! I got my DVD also, along with an official Phaedra autographed simulated parchment.

A public thank you to Phaedra for all her hard work;
In a glorious large red font in honor of her initial grief.

Thank You Phaedra!!

Yeah, what John said. Even though I'm not participating in the lottery, it takes something special to devote that much time just for us. You rock, Phaedra.

My feelings exactly. Thank you so much, Phaedra for the DVD and personal message.

And lo, the people did clamor and cry unto Phaedra, saying, "Hast thou forsaken us? And where be our swag?"

And Phaedra, though beset by many LSAT practice sessions, did hie herself to the post office, where the postal worker did recognize her, and say, "Verily, what is this Phaedra stuff? You running an internet porn site or something?"

And Phaedra, beholding the smallness of his soul, did contemplate smiting him, but the remembrance of the 1-900-MELISSA shtick that Durga had done on Live did stay her hand (and her tongue) lest she should smirk at an inopportune moment.

And Phaedra, in silence, did don an expression of regal distaste at the sight of which the peon, in shame, did mumble an apology and aid her in sending forth the swag. And now, she goes yet again.

Verily, I say unto you, your swag is coming. You will not know the hour or the day, and like a thief in the night manila envelope in the door, it will appear when you least expect it. (Or next week. Whichever the post office decides is better.)

You're welcome! Glad to hear it got there okay.

You're also welcome, and it wasn't flattery -- "flattery" would imply that the admiration I expressed wasn't completely sincere, which I assure you it was. Smile

Parchment? No, no, my dear, that was handmade paper, and if you hold it up to the light, you'll see that there's writing in the paper (sort of like a watermark). It has layers of meaning, like an ARG. Geek (Although, for the life of me, I couldn't tell you what the writing says.)

You know, I am rather sad that I didn't get to give that sermon. I was going to do the "mawiage" sermon from the Princess Bride, except with "Chawity."

Yes, I did. Hopefully by now you and your sender have made contact, but if not PM me. EDIT: Saw next post -- oh good.

No problem -- hope to see you around in another ARG sometime.

Glad you liked the message, Aspmaster, and hope you enjoy the DVD.

At some point, I think I'm going to email the PMs to see if they'll !reveal > what's going on with the DVDs. I'm getting curious.

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.
