Hat's off to meta and anyone else that helped solve this final (?) puzzle!!! So I guess that destroys the Pious Flea = covenant theory that I was still clinging too. So what is it? Is pious flea just the SPs own SPDR??? Will we ever know??? Tune in Sunday! Same flea place, same flea time! ;P

Second: So what's up with the flea now? Good guy it seems, but where the hell did he come from? The princesses SPDR? Covie something? Artifact? I hope Sunday explains that, but for some reason I don't see that happening...

That's awesome.. I literally sat here at work and watched the Flea pile on more and more text to the contactme page, and suddenly there's a massive update!

Awesome!

(For whatever reason, work actually kept me too busy to check the forums much today, so I entirely missed the puzzle solving!)

Yeah guys I don't think it's over yet. That was just too...uncomplicated lol. The mystery of the flea still must be solved. Has he still got his "hooks" in Melissa now or what?

When I am happy for Melissa, but still skeptical of what's to come, I do this: :0s

What about the dramatic personality change Melissa went through after the SPDR went bye-bye and the Flea attached to Melissa?

It's much too obvious that whatever the Flea did to Melissa, benevolent or on, it changed her. It affected the way she saw the world.

No, the Flea got it's hooks in Melissa.

We just need to figure out if that's a good thing.

Currently, the jury's still out, but it's looking at that no, don't trust him item, very strongly.

But, whatever happpens next, for ill or bad, it promises to be very interesting.

That's exactly what I'm saying. There's definitely some influence there. The one good thing about SP being seperate was the flea didn't have control over her. He had her trust maybe, but that's a different thing. Now howwever, with Melissa and SP reintegrated, I'm wondering does that mean that that thread of control the flea has is still in there or what.

Anyone else have any thoughts?

As I see it we are still missing a part of Melissa, Durga. And there may very well be a part we have to play in the Artifact Plot on Sunday. I'm not sure we are finishing solving things yet, at least I hope not.

Ever since Herzog's conversation with McKaskill in which he used the words "beheld", "seek", "reveal", and "truth", I've gone over to the "the Flea is a creation of Herzog's" camp. Thus, I think we did the right thing in helping him out.

On another note, the new .wav files were my first opportunity to hear the Princess' giggle (and her voice in general, when she's not in scary encrypted storyland mode). It is sooooo cute! I want to meet the voice actress just so I can tell her how entertaining she is...

Personally, I'd love the chance to talk to Melissa. I know she's had some interesting times talking to us every tuesday and remaining in character. I want to know what's the most memorable time for her when she wanted to laugh, but had to keep up the act. I can imagine this has been an experience for her as well lol.
