EMAIL GWG: Codes at the top?

Here is the email sent to me on Wed March 12:

Thank you for your interest in a career at Greatwater General.

Here is an email posted (in another section) last night:

We have forwarded your request to our Legal Department. We're certain that, after their review of your correspondence, they will provide you with the information necessary to pursue further dialogue in reference to this matter with the Greatwater General Medical Center, as required by any and all applicable laws.

Funny thing, the email to Dale DOESN'T have any code.

Any other email contacts from GWG for comparisons? Probably just a code for tracking their emails (there is no real world reason for a puzzle or coded message to be placed in the emails of total strangers contacting the hospital).

it might just be a reference number

it may just be a reference number, since the emails are saying that these requests have been forwarded to another dept.
