Guys, we are seriously overloading the Recipe 8 page every time a new axon goes hot. That is freakin awesome.

Thanks you guys for doing this, even though they probably won't read it for a while. They did a great job heating up those Axons.

considering how huge the html page is, and probably hundreds of refreshes per minute... I'd say so!

Man I just had a terrible thought. With Jersey basically acting like the comic relief doesn't that usually means he gets killed at some point? I hope not.

Spoiler for building_forty_one:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
"So, are we officially committing treason yet?" Laughing

-- Steve's now suppressing the part of him that wants to strangle Jersey. The part that's laughing is helping.

Well...I dunno. I've thought that something is going to happen to all of them when they get to the Artifact.

Seriously though, it is awesome that we beekeepers are enough in number to overload a webpage every five minutes =)

EDIT: And Treason is neat.

I wouldn't mind having a look at their traffic summaries for today when this is all over... the load must be incredible. The page itself isn't much of a burden, but all those axon clips downloading simultaniously... whoa.

-- Steve thinks this ARG should also be advertising for the server manufacturer... and Rackspace, for that matter.

You still think ILB is hosted on Rackspace? I dunno...they've got to be boosting the bandwidth power insanely.

EDIT:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Oh no, Jersey is gonna have to go in the Argon room!

Makes sense to me. In any case, if ILB was hypothetically a real site before this, it definitely isn't on its original servers, not with all this traffic.

That'd make a lot more sense... I'm wondering why I didn't think of that. Too much argon, maybe? Very Happy

-- Steve's still got some butterflies about how this'll turn out.

edit: Butterflies are flying faster now that a_soldier_now is hot... gulp.
