 		So... just re-experienced chapters 9 and 10 for the Herzog threads, and honestly, they have a totally different feel.

Chapter 9, if Herzog didn't live, means the Flea was impersonating both Herzog and Rani to fool Melissa, but it seems like Herzog was trying to get info out of Rani, though Rani says she never talked to Herzog since before the crash. So either Rani didn't remember, or the Flea did both Herzog and Rani there. Chapter 10 has Herzog on chatter, talking with McKaskill. If following the same line of plot as chapter 9, the Flea was impersonating both Herzog and McKaskill. So, that seems like a lot of work for the flea to go through just to convince Melissa - or us -... wait... of course, if the flea figured that we were starting to think of it as Covenant, part of those two threads may have been simply to avert us, making us think it was good, belonging to Herzog... then we had nothing to worry about with the Covenant in our plans, and we could continue to work this the Flea... blah!

Yeah, wow. Looks like I was way off base about the seeker. Still, that entire trick was pulled off with such skill and panache that I don't feel bad about falling for it.

Well played, Mr. Flea.

However - the Flea was trying for triangles, lines, and dots, but that's not what happened. So was this a clever case of reverse psychology or did the Flea fail in that part of his mission?

 		Both...either way the Covenant wins. Except if it was triangles lines dots....everyone would be dead. But what the hell the Covenent are like terrorists.

 		Except if the artifact were a Halo trigger rather than a bomb, the Covenant would be dead, too. I'm not sure that's an outcome they would particularly want.

 		lol. The flea got me sooo bad. I'm so embarassed. I just INSISTED that he was made by Herzog when instead the flea impersonated him after his death. GOOD ONE!!!

I LOVE these last few wav files. Just when you think you can't get more pumped - it happens again.

The sirens at the last few wavs were especially eerie. I felt so bad for Kamal too.


It's very rare when I actually feel something for the characters of a story, and I think this story just sold me on making me know that these people were real. (I guess the live calls helped a bit too though hehe). And to think - we still have no idea what these people even look like, yet we care for what happens to them so much...

 		Upload the stuff on the training DVDs people (wait, it IS time, right?)!

I heard there's a special set of .wavs, and they probably end it. To me, the game still feels incomplete.

there were clues to this ending right from the get go. Look at the bruce's page of the monolugue stuff from the very beginning. All signs point to that piggy backing SOB the pious flea!

 		I would just be happy with info on what is on the DVD. Hopefully Dana will be able to mail me one, but I just want to know if there is more to the story on the dvd.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if there's no profit involved it's not copyright infringement.

This entire ARG has been free of charge and the people aren't paying anything for the DVDs.

If the DVD stuff is posted online and no money is exchanged for the priviledge of viewing it, there shouldn't be any problem.
