Sorry about the pictures but that damn Press Conference left me behind on my
regular work and trying to answer all this new mail about helping Dale hasn't
helped either. Hey, you share a birthday with Mrs. Dobbs, the Mayor's mother.
I'm not really sure of the plans to post a transcript or recording from the
Press Conference yet. The Mayor was lying low after the conference with his
little "vacation" story but didn't really go anywhere. He was here for the
Borough Council meeting tonight (which was a highly unusual closed door session
by the way) so maybe tomorrow I'll get some more details.

the mayor is still in town

It just dawned on me that I've been assuming for days that everyone had noticed the Dobbs twins mentioned in Ong's Hat: Gateway to the Dimensions (incunabula.org/inc2.html). Their names are Frank and Althea, and i've also been assuming that they are related in some way to his honor, Pat Dobbs and his mother, Agatha.
