ILB DVD

Hello All;

Is it possible for me to get the ILB DVD some how? I wasn't part of the 'official crew' but I've been with ILb for an extremely logn time and have been digging up info here and there since july. It would be a huge bummer if there was not some sort of pay off (seeing as I am a Halo 2 fan aswell its not such a bummer because I got back story on Halo 2, but still...) I would really appretiate some info on this.

Thank you Very Happy

Oh, dear. Smile

First of all, welcome. There are several threads discussing how to get the DVD, but for starters, I would e-mail Dana. Check her blog for details, and see what happens!

Full Disclosure

The ILB DVD has NO Halo2 game content. It is chock full o' the marvelous radio drama and some behind the scenes (of ILB) info. No behind the scenes making of Halo 2. No Demo of Halo 2. No mention of Halo except in the credits when they thank Bungie.

You should really only get this if you are an ILB fan. If not, you can get all the audio off the website, so why not just listen to it that way?

Not that I am knocking you if you REALLY want one. Just know what you are getting. I have mine, and I love it and hug it and kiss it and name it George. Or something....

Yes, I agree with Ariock. If you are a rabid Halo 2 fan, and have no interest in ILB, you will likely be disappointed in the ILB story. While there are cursory mentions of cannon material from the Halo universe, very little of the story has anything to do with Halo itself.

I have already read that one rabid Halo 2 fan, when he received his ILB DVD, broke it in half, because it was not "free Halo 2" stuff. Don't be like that.

LMAO!

I can understand why you guys are saying that b'cuz i too have freaked out on sum crazy stupid ignorant Halo 2 fan that doesn't understand ILB...but you really have no clue how much i love ILB, i stayed up till 9 am just to listen to the first episode to come out. I've followed this thing like nothing ever before. Christ, its sad to say, id be too busy with ILB to talk to my GF...but i am also a crazy Halo 2 fan. And i don't know if you are or not, but this does have a lot to do with Halo 2. I know there is no demo or even anything about Halo 2 on th edisk bsides that sexy label on the disk. Doesn't change the fact that i love ILB and that i would go to extreme reaches to get this DVD.
