Yah ... so I'm not even going to try Cortana Laughing Though maybe if I suggest enough names she hates, she'll give up trying to get my help and just take care of it herself Laughing Wink

Hey! I LOVE "Sophia"!

But then again, I don't have the most normal taste in names, either.

Probably because my parents thought they were being really creative naming me "Jessica."

Try Durga or Melissa or Rani (not my favorite, but hey). Then there's the Spartans and Doctor Catherine Halsey. Kelly and Linda and Cassandra (Gilly? heh...)
I guess as long as you don't call her Monster Ann, you should be okay. That's not to say Ann is a bad name, but... well, maybe that would make her more formidable an opponent if you named her Monster Ann.

Me too, dear. It's a very pretty name. ( Smile Laughing Razz Wink )

A VERY Happy New Year!

Happy New Year and Thanks to everyone who wished me well on the GRE.

Since I took the computerised version, I got my results back today (minus the essays):

Verbal: 610
Quantitative: 790

Now that is a good start to the new year.

Congratulations, ariock! Would that be 790 out of 800 possible points?

Yes. Both parts are out of 800, and the minimum score for each is 200. I think there were only about 30 questions on that part of the test though, so I don't know how they come up with the scores.

Now to see if it makes any difference in getting interest from a college.

Wow, I have been so absent for the past week and a half or so, both from Live and here. We had family staying with us from out of town, and the busyness of the holidays, et cetera. Not to mention new games Smile (Ratchet and Clank:Up Your Arsenal and Super Mario 64 DS most notably). With the fam over here, I've had my Xbox out in the livingroom, instead of my room where it usually resides. I did get to play some split screen with my sis, my uncle, and my cousin Emma, who is a freaking amazing Halo player for a 5 year old.
Anywho, I'm going to move my Xbox back now, and my playing habits should be back to normal. That is, if there is anything normal about playing videogames for 3 - 4 hours a day Rolling Eyes
