I've got Crimson Skies and I'm always up for a match (provided I don't get any dirty disc errors - my drive seems to hate Crimson Skies discs). I'm also up for some Ghost Recon 2 (ok, once I've played it myself to figure out the controls), or PGR2, or Top Spin or Amped 2, or SC:PT.

So yeah, bring it on in general. Oh, I also play a bit of Halo 2 now and then Very Happy

Whoops. Due to recent events of my making, I will not be able to play either Crimson Skies or Halo 2 with you guys online. I'm sorry.

Are you SERIOUS?!?! Shocked Very Happy Cool Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Boise, ID? Well, then welcome! Let me know when and where and I can help you get set up. We've got a decent network of XBOX gamers out here too. Might I ask: What brings you out to Boise?

Hey, you'll even be here in time for our first local Fragfest. Local LAN parties where we all bring our projectors and 10' screens Wink with a section of ranked games for bragging rights.

But seriously, PM me or something and I'll help you get settled in. Welcome to Boise!!!!! Very Happy
Hahaha! Well, I'm staying with my family while I go to school. My dad used to work for ConAgra Foods in Irvine, but kind of got fed up with the garbage that the company was putting its employees through. So he went and interviewed at Dannon and got hired on the grounds that he would have to relocate to Boise.

Six months later, here I am, waiting to move on out! Thanks a lot for the offer, though I have to be honest and say I'm not all that sure of our new address or when exactly we're showing up. I'll be sure to drop you a line, though, as I'll have limited computer access up until Saturday. Thanks again, we're definitely going to have to get together Very Happy

BAHAHA! You are a veritable queen, Phaedra. So, now that you've seen the better side of me, can I be a Goddess or something? Even private dancer FOR the Goddess Squad would rock pretty hard. Lemme know, I suck at life right now and don't have much else to do Wink

archon, what happened that you can't use Live any more? Is it it Live you can't use, or Xbox at all?

Funny story, I've got Crimson Skies, got it with my 2nd xbox, the LE green box, and decided to keep it because I've heard good word... so far, I've played the training level Razz that's it... it has about 1/2 hour play time on it.

However, for alternate live games I've played and liked, Mechassault was great for it's time, and I still have to try MA2... But Project Gotham 2 is very very good for online racing... if anyone else has that, I'd be glad to run some circuits Smile its popularity's died down since Halo 2 of course... but gotham had the same impact on xbox live gaming when it game out, that Halo 2 had on Xbox gaming when it came out... ie, everyone on live was playing gotham 2 for some time... I haven't played it for a while, but it would be kule for pull it out again.

I'm actually seeing how much easier Halo 1 is now that Halo 2's been played so much with the new control scheme. I'm just playing campaign on Normal, but it's like, easier than easy was... crazy... Smile

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Right, so I just beat Halo 2, and, yes, you all were right. I was prepared to have low expectations for that ending, and wow ... they should have been lower. The more I think about it, that cliffhangar was enough to make me want to hurt ...

Ooh, there's more video. Looks like Cthulu wants to talk with Cortana. Oh, even that was disappointing. Balls.

Anyway, what kind of setup do you guys recommend for playing on Live?[/spoiler]

Man that was soooo much fun! Though the guass hogs give the humans a lot of advantage.

Still...lots of fun.

Oh no, I can use both very well. I just had the unfortunate experience of running into a few very intolerant people. One day the world might be a place of empathy and understanding, but that time is nowhere near.

What school are you headed to? I'll send you a PM with my contact info, let me know as soon as you're in the area.

Hmmm ... now I'm really quite sure that's something I don't want to see ... but if it could somehow get the Goddess Squad out here to Boise, I guess my eyes could survive the harsh scrubbing that would be required afterwards Wink Laughing

What, there are schools other than Boise State University out there? I sure couldn't find them Wink Yeah, I'm ending up as a Bronco.

I think that -might- be the only reason to be kept from playing on XBL, but I could be wrong.

Pretty salty. They were soaking in the waters of Zanzibar beach for a long, long time before we could get to them.

There's Albertson's college, but from what I've heard, if you're looking for something actually resembling an educational experience, you don't want to go there.

Lts. Mad Cow, EvilJester, and Troy Mclure are at Boise State currently also. Maybe you'll bump into them from time to time.

Hmmmm ..... no Laughing Besides, that would take a lot of explaining to my wife and I think I've about reached my "wife explanation" limit in relation to ilovebees Wink Laughing Cool
