One more map discovered! Here's a video of the map.

This one will give me headaches!! It's so freaking dark!! I hope it's not part of matchmaking!
It looks like a multiplayer version of Gravemind or High Charity to me...

I thought you guys didn't love me. I was playing Fable last night, expecting Halo invites and recieving none. Then I check my email this morning and almost every one of you guys sent me an invite to play. Now I know you don't recieve game invites in Fable and maybe in live aware games in general.

waters, I apparently joined just after you left

Not sure, man. I joined the big group only to say good night! Smile I was playing for such long time, since Krystyn was online at such unusual hours! It was time for me to leave ...

I've finally got my Xbox working again after 3 weeks, only to find that my old clan have all left me. Is there a clan that you are all part of that I can join? I'm a bit lonley, lol. If there is can somebody drop me an invite (tag is 'Cornix'). Thanks, I'll be on when I can.

This is a reminder about:
Team training tonight 8pm Est till bored

With the stat reset and new weapon balancing, pratice is more needed than ever. And we STILL need to work on moving in cohesive groups.

Look for Clayfoot or ROBOGriff online.

Whoa...

and here: http://tinyurl.com/9wu3m

It looks to me like Turf takes place around the ruins of a Scarab! How cool is that?

edit: It also appears that Turf has at least one brute plasma rifle for the taking.

So yea, last night is the best time I've had playing Xbox Live since it came out, I wish I didn't have to leave so early. I'm going to a fallout boy concert tonight so I will see the few stragglers who are still on later tonight! I sooooo want to play a game of Me Vs everyone like the Zorplex vs everyone game, it sounds so beautiful! Shocked
The one thing that I am going to miss sooo bad is the Rocket/Sword lunge, that was sooo much fun, especially to explore maps with and like last nights random weapons king game, I caught myself trying to do it four or five times:( Sad Sad I miss it already!
Tj-
Oh and Ps I will officially be at the New York ARGFest this summer!!!

I miss the sword/rocket lunge too, I used to be so good at it. I knew all the glitches because I would just fly about looking for cool spots. Oh well, we've now got even weapons instead.

I don't know. I could have sworn I got one once when I was playing Chronicles of Riddick, so maybe it was just Fable. Or maybe I'm just crazy.

i got some while playing prince of persia, but didn't know until i logged on to Halo and had all these messages telling me to switch games

i once got one while playing the free version of Ms. Pac-man that came with my headset, i could accept the invite and switch discs without rebooting the xbox, it was pretty cool

Whoo! Team Unstoppable returns!

Great gaming tonight guys, much appreciated. We were what, 5-1-1 for the evening?

The real team unstoppable was myself, Zorplex, DeathDefi, and my buddy Sean. We did a number of Team Slayer games last night, and won all of them but one, which we lost by 1 point. One lousy point.

Take a look at these stats:
Burial Mounds: 50-40
Midship: 50-28
Midship 2: 50-39
Midship 3: 49-50
Ivory Tower: 50-33
Midship 4: 50-45
Ivory Tower 2: 50-34

Madness. Pure madness.

On maps, I can safely say the sword is much less effective now that everything else can do so much damage from melee attacks. This changes Midship DRASTICALLY, as does the massive damage done by plasma grenades. I highly recommend working on that map, because it's completely different now. The shotgun seems slightly more reliable, but even so, coupled with it's melee it'd become a very dangerous weapon.

I also recommend using the battle rifle/carbine on that map, and Ivory Tower, to assist teammates. Not even getting in fights yourself-just shooting at people they're fighting. It's very effective, and very useful on Burial mounds with the Battle rifle, for suppressing snipers and keeping them from scoping. I managed to hold off the enemy team for a while (and got some kills) with the carbine and rifle alone while waiting for the beam rifle to respawn so my teammate could grab it.

Also I think the explosion radius on the rocket launcher has been upped, since it seems easier to kill yourself from close range than it used to be.

Everybody was Kung Fu fighting. Those folks was fast as lightning. In fact, it was a little bit frightening.

I have always wanted to run around the maps yelling "HASSAN, CHOP!" right before meleeing someone in the back...I think it would be most satifying. Twisted Evil

The above tactic also works very well on Collosus. Have one person on the battle rifle shooting enemies while everyone else seeks them out. The person with the BR probably won't get many kills, but will get tons of assist and will help the team to win. Of course, the person with the BR has to be aware of which team has the Covie Sniper rifle so that they don't get face beamed.
