We just played a bit, and I had to go because I am a hard-working girl with a very important job. Or something.

It was fun, and then sort of went downhill skill-wise, even though we were still yukking it up.

Someone here once asked about our best moments on halo2 and I never posted anything.

Well, there was a triple suicide on lockout this weekend that still makes me laugh! I was following krystyn and (I think) she misjumped and I was right behind her and bumped her in mid air, falling to my death. To my surprise, there was another one of us (Don't know who that was!) holding a sniper rifle (I think) falling right next to me ... It was like a collective "Oh shiiiiiiiit"

Have I mentioned how much I hate Qwest internet? um yah. Guess I'll see everybody again after I get back from my sister-in-law's wedding on Monday. Have phun without me (but not too much phun )

Ok, last night, was totally uncool. We played about 3 games of actual objective games and I was just on. I had about 150 kills total and no more then 30 with with either the sniper rifle or the sword. Most were with whatever weapon I spawned with, and yet I get Jinx calling me an unskilled Ahole and a bunch of other names I won't put on here since this board is supposed to be G rated.
I hear him yell "Oh so Dante is going to use the sword since he couldn't manage to grab a sniper rifle, I've never seen such unskilled playing in my life" What really pissed me off is that I killed the guy with the sword with just the Smg I spawned with. This happened to occur after I passed up Camp Froman sniper rifle, and the one that spawned at the sea wall on Zanzibar. I did that for the sole reason that I wasn't camping you all with the rifle. Clayfoot killed me once while I had the rifle with two freaking perfect grenades and I said as died, "Damn, that was freaking awesome man"
Still, I'm the dickhead. We were down two men for most of that game thanks to us already being down one and then Superjerms having problems with his connection. I picked up the sniper rifle when I was told to because no one else was anywhere near it or had other things. Same with when I had rockets or Sword or shotgun.
I can't even count how many times I rushed head on into a base with a warthog by myself and a regular plasma rifle that I spawned with on Waterworks, but somehow because I managed to kill two people before I died, I'm the bad guy?
Yea, I was in a wraith for awhile, got maybe 5 kills in it, I was in a ghost, solely to rush a base and then leave it there after I made a suicide run. I didn't do a single freaking thing that could be considered bad sportsmanship in any way possible or anything remotly mean or rude. I didn't say I word while we were down two people the entire Zanzibar game. I didn't glitch, I didn't climb on top of anything, I didn't camp and most of all, when I won, I didn't say a god damned word about my stats but still, I get yelled at like I was playing in a matchmaking game with people I didn't even know. I didn't even climb on top of the machine or wheel. I was even telling Krystyn how awesome she had been doing in the Banshee while she was in it. I complimented 4d, on the other team as well, about he managed to kill about our whole team and run off with the flag, that was amazing. Still, I'm the asshole.
And then, at the end of that last game, I was seething about what you guys were saying to me and about me. Namely Jinx for one, even though I killed him maybe 5 times each game, and he killed me just as much. I rushed into your base with a friggin battle rifle, just like I did every time. Some how the guy on my team carrying the sword died, and I picked it up and suddenly I have half the other team yelling every foul word I've ever heard at me. I managed to kill maybe three people with it, becuase I rushed in instead of staying up top and killing everyone who came at me one at time, that wouldn't have been cool. So I didn't do that and yet I'm a sword whore.
Go check the game viewers if you don't believe me that I wasn't whoring up the sniper rifle or sword. The viewers gives you a run down of every single kill, who I killed and with what weapon. Also check the medals, If you hit a single person with the rifle and then go on to kill them with anything at all from smg to rocket launcher, it gives you a sniper medal, even if you get a beat down medal too. I had about 20 some sniper medals over the whole night. So you can tell, I shot maybe 25 people with the sniper rifle the entire freaking night, and didn't even kill them all with it, maybe just glanced them and then used an smg or plasma rifle to finish it or maybe even beat them down, how in gods name is that unskilled?

I even turned on my freaking handicap to moderate for the CKOH game at Foundation, even though we were down a man there as well. Still I'm the bad guy because I was playing really good. What the hell do you want from me? I don't try to avoid you guys to gain higher ranks or anything like that, I've stopped many groups of Slayer or matchmaking with other people way better then me, booted em out and invited in anyone who asked me or joined up with them so as not to leave them out in the cold. Just last night I brought in the guy I was playing Double Team and stopped that winning streak just so we had enough to play big team with you guys, like you guys wanted. I mean ask Lois how many times I've done that to those guys. He's on all the time and the other day I bitched some guy out and left them when he booted Lois. I stuck up for him every single game. I was the one who said "Hey, no, lets stop matchmaking so we can get everyone in here when they log on and not ditch them" last night.
Do you want me to stop playing with you guys or something?
When I lose against you guys, no matter what, I try my best to lose graciously. I don't yell at you, or bitch or moan or whine. Wether I'm down a person or I'm lagging or anything, I might point it out, but I rarely get angry. Yea, I yell a bit if we play big team and were losing, but normally I just get quiet if I'm pissed. If I'm yelling it's becuase I'm excited, or pissed at them or myself. Never because I'm mad at any of you.

Honestly, what did I do wrong to deserve all that crap?

Can we all just kill each other and get along? Life's too short to bitch about video games!! Just have fun.. and if you aren't having fun.. find new people to play with or boot the people that are causing it to not be fun.

I wasn't there, so I can't comment specifically, but I will point out something.

In EVERY GAME, you had twice as many kills as the highest number of kills on the other team.

Zanzibar: 46:24 (you:Waters)... Uber came close to waters at 22, but your team had 5 people who scored higher than waters. 5, out of 6. That's almost the entire team. 190:116 kills, red:blue

Foundation: 41:18 (you:Ubercado) Your team won again, at almost twice the time as the other team. Again, 4 out of 6 players on your team had more kills than the highest player on the opposing team. 124:82 kills, red:blue

Waterworks: 44:23 (you:Jinx) Your team won again, 3:2. This was a much closer game, evidentily, but your team still slaughtered the other team, 121:86 kills.

Looking at those stats, first off, I say the teams were no where near fair. That last game looked like a close game, with a 3:2 score, but you still had 1.5 times the kills the other team did. And that ratio stayed for almost the entire series of games.

Not to mention how many kills you got compared to the other team. When games are that unbalanced, they aren't fun. So I have a feeling a lot of it was that.

Again, I wasn't there, so I can't comment on anything other than what I can see in the data. But if those stats are correct, I think I might be able to begin to see what was happening.
