I use a plantronics headset at work, and I love it. I may have to actually purchase one for XBL, because the headset I got with the Live subscription hurts - could they have made it any more dumbly-constructed?

*whisper* sorry for being annoying, but once again could someone invite me back into SPDR Ninjas?

I turned on my xbox this afternoon and I was no longer a member of the clan. No idea what happened!

Yeah angelo, that was me commenting on killing efficiency. Just what you want in a sniper! And I don't think you picked on krystyn, after all you seemed to enjoy gunning for HitsHerMark! Shame that marathon CTF game didn't get logged, I would have loved to see the stat breakdown for that one.

I really just wanted to see my medals breakdown. I'm pretty sure a large percentage of those 78 medals had to be for sniping, but I would of liked to see where the rest went... Crying or Very sad

thanks seuss, i appreciate it. Anyone else have similar problems with the clan today or am I the only lucky one?

Also wondering if someone booted me out by accident or for some reason i'm not aware of...

Seriously, it's terrible. And what's up with the nasa space launch mission required to switch the side the earpiece is on. I'm close to trying to plug my cell phone headset in to see if that works.

I don't know, but I'm wondering if something happened with me too. I looked on my stats page, and the clan is no longer listed under my name. Though it still has me listed as a member on the Clan members page. I'll have to find out when I get home from work.

i just did a quick browse of clan members who are also on my friends list. It looks about 75% of them are no longer clan members.... this is very confusing.

Maybe Crispy booted everyone? Couldn't see that happening though

I'll be home soon to check things out

Actually, your cell phone earpieces will most likely all work, simply by plugging them into the piece that goes in the memory card port (the one with the red/green mute button on it) But having that requires having the original headset in the first place, so those of you without don't go and get one of each... that'd be silly. Hook it up with Plantronics.

I personally don't have a problem with the Live headset, but friends with glasses have complained it's impossible to wear both simultaneously, and I can't rest my head back against anything with the headset on. Other than that, I can't complain. I'll see if I can get the Halo 2 Edition one for Christmas, though.

That's about what I figured...I just having gotten around to plugging it into the unit. Yeah, I forgot about the fact that it's tough to lean your head back...that's annoying too Smile

It should work, but check the connector first. I noticed that the official Live headset has a slightly different shape connector and some common headset connectors won't get inserted all the way, causing the mic not to work.

Hey guys I too noticed that my clan is not listed on my stats page like it used to be. I'm in The beekeppers clan so it may be a wider ranging problem than just the SPDR ninjas. Also really good tips from Angelo and the others, I copied and pasted them(with credit of course) to the beekeepers group forums in case anyone wants a less populated thread to look at

Beekeepers multiplayer tips

Also Angelo, can Beekeepers join in you little training sessions. we beekeepers I think can benefit from your expertise and we may even be able to help you guys with tips as well.

I really got to add a few of you SPDR people to my friends list. I seem to be missing out on some pretty fun stuff.

My tag again is SkyBruin

It appears to be a glitch. I was on with some clan members and we all appeared clanless, except for one who wasn't having the problem, and he still saw us as clan members. Maybe something happened with that last update? Hopefully this will get cleared up soon.
