Vilnius, it was fun playing with you guys tonight. Those sword matches (especially the second one on Lockout) were TENSE! Smile
That wasn't me. It was my brother.
Wow! Why didn't I think of that?! Okay, from now on, every time I accidentally team-kill somebody, it's my brother doing it. Got it? My brother. Very Happy

you mean not you but another dog that looks just like you?

Yes, except the other dog is not very good and brings my rank down. Razz

I'm envisioning "Sparten Bowling", where we have a bunch of people standing like pins, and you get to make a run at them in the warthog.

I love it!

I love that idea too, but I think I know how to make it a real challenge. If all the 'pins' were to stand close together it'd make it easy for everyone to make a strike. Instead, we should space them out just short of the full length of a warthog when turned sideways. Then to get a strike you'd have to be able to use the hand brake and tail slide into the pins...

"Well, that's somewhere around 80 points!"

Anyone who can guess what game that's from gets a cookie.

Nope. It's from a video game. Anyone who's played through the game wil recognize it.

To narrow things down, it's on PS1.

You can always use the excuse you can't hear/talk to anybody! When are you buying a headset? You're missing all the fun!
When ROBOgriff gets his XBox Plantronics GameCom Halo 2 Special Edition Headset that he won at the Chicago Training Event, he's going trade me his old (by old, we mean broken, of course) headset. All I have to do in exchange is rent 3 seasons of Aqua Teen Hunger Force and make bootleg copies for him. This would be so much simpler, if I at least had a DVD burner.

ooh I am so there for spartan bowling or other associated random wackiness.

As for the teabagging thing, I think it started as a joke. Some other random guy on an opposing team kept yelling that when he killed one of us, so we kind of adopted it as our own for the rest of the night cause it was so ridiculous. And the rest, as they say, is history.

Sounds like buying one would just be cheaper and easier. Razz

That was a fun night of gaming though. As I recall we won several matches...

I'd really like to get together with you guys to play. My gamertag is Pete Persona. I joined the ILB groups on Bungie and I'll be sending out some friend requests. "Spartan Bowling" sounds particularly fun. See ya on Live.

I'm not really into the whole trash talk to rile up your enemy thing...

I'd much rather just play a good game and have fun doing it, then try to tick off my opponents, but maybe that's just cause I only play with friends...

Though, I do rather enjoy running around Krystyn while saying "I'm right behind you!" continually...

Yeah, not really into trashtalking the other team, but yelling out things that make the laugh or or say "what in the?!?!?" and confuse them sounds entertaining to me, random monty python quotes would work Wink

I am all for a "Stupid Spartin Tricks" training session

Yeah, the trashtalking is annoying. (And I speak sagely, having played one non-beekeeper game.) But still...

Funny quotes, bizarre antics, and general high-entertainment value stuff, on the other hand, is all good.
