Agreed. The Funeral is the anomaly. Smile

Dang those PMs! Being vague and leaving space for interpretation. What do they think they're doing?? Rolling Eyes

I actually thought the Jersey's appearance at the Funeral worked as a story even though it was out of order, like seeing Vincent and Jules at the beginning of Pulp Fiction in Jimmy's dork clothes. The discontinuity is meant to raise your curiousity.

Conversely, I got a little confused when Rani was at Jersey's apartment during Week 10, but that could have been that there was no introduction; she just started talking. Maybe the radio drama medium makes it hard to follow, maybe I'm being a little hypocritical.

Anyway, as above, my only sincere problem with the order was Jersey's Week 12 chapter: it seems to me to be obviously the end, and Rani's Week 12 chapter seems to me to be obviously the "wrap up the audience's questions" that would be better suited for the beginning of Week 12, which is how it was listed while we were answering payphones.

Maybe I'm overthinking it all.

the way I see it, chapter 12 starts each thread with what each person is up to, and once each person's events have been established, it returns to them and finished each thread with the alarms, Jersey being the finale.

Makes perfect poetic sense. Wind up each thread for the first 2/3, wind down each thread for the last 1/3... they put kamal's thread in the middle unbroken, because well, one of the threads would anyway... They made Kamal with 2 scenes, so they may as well just put kamal in the middle, and intro and outro the other 3 threads...

if that makes sense...

I concur! So why the discrepancy on humptydumpty.html and the DVD?
