but dont forget to try out Craig and eveleyn Engine's songs as well.
Mine is more a wierd soundscape, it sounds kind of like my CD which I make for haunted houses. You can also hear 1 minute samples of my CD at briefcase.yahoo.com/nightmaretony and it has some pictures of my farm and the rides there, and some drawings I made of a local ride called tower of terror.
Phaedra: Your telemarketer terror ROCKS! I was busitng up laughing with it. How many telemarketers have you victumid so far with it, giving them bee related nightmares for life?

I've been known to add "Crewmember..." to the beginning of my sentences randomly. It tends to make people do a double take

The other night, at a Halo 2 party, I chose my SN to be Lt. Cmdr. Artemis. Mainly so that I could say "Now that's a long strange story" every time someone asked me about it. Then, when someone tried to pronounce it how it was spelled, I just turned around and said "Fine, stop it, just call me Crewmember, and stop trying to pronounce it!" Response: "What?"
"... Don't ask. Just know, it's related to Halo 2 more so that you will ever know... *engimatic grin*" Also, playing it on Co-op, I got to yell "BEES!" several times when the drones swarmed us.

And the short version that won't, you know, prompt them to call 911.
Oh very cool! I've enjoyed all the music mixes people have created, thx for the work everyone.

Sigh.
And for those who are wondering what that was all about, The Gravity Defying Corkscrew used to be a fixture in Los Angeles, specifically being the original Corkscrew at Knott's Berry Farm. Replacing it with the Boomerang was always a poor choice (sigh)

What's that sound?

Phaedra, that is awesome. Right near the end I got a chill.
I must say that the ILB Music Competition and the various sound montages people have assembled (as well as G3Ks report ) give me a metaphorical grin. I have catholic tastes in music and new music, which is often dismissed as being pretentious and inaccessible, is one of them. The sound text pieces I have listened to that sprung from ILB make me happy.

I have now terrorized two telemarketers with it. The first one just hung up, but the second...
Telemarketer: ...and with a Fleet Capital account, blah-blah, blah-blah .
Phaedra: (interrupting) Do you love bees?
Telemarketer: Excuse me?
Phaedra: Do you love bees?
Telemarketer: I don't understand, miss.
Phaedra: (hooks iPod into headset jack and hits "play")
Phaedra: (after .mp3 finishes) Now do you love bees?
Telemarketer: What was that? What do you mean, contact violation [sic]?
Phaedra: Bees!
Telemarketer: <click>

Pretentious my foot! Good for you. Are you ever on Live? Because you should come hang out with krystyn and HitsHerMark and me (I'm going to find you one of these days, girls) and we'll all put on mud masks, and after we finish gossiping, you and I can discuss new music.

And the sad thing is that whenever we see it at the theme park that now houses it, almost nobody is riding it. We can usually just walk right up to it and maybe wait one or two rides before hoping in the front seat.
