Good find, lot of information... Very Happy

So now we know who the mysterious writer is Micheal told us about at Cube Fest, and again we have more information stating that the cube is 'buried'...
Cool

Hmm, says she witnessed the hiding of the cube. Do you think its in the UK then? Seeing as shes a uk reporter...

Just a thought

The implications of the Telegraph article are:

a) The Cube is a tangible object
b) It is in one specific location
c) That location is probably somewhere around London

or of course Naomi is just joking/ misleading us...

Maybe not, there is nothing to suggest Naomi is restricted to the London area. Amazing inventions like cars and trains and planes could have helped here Wink

It doesn't technically say she witnessed the hiding of the CUBE, just "an object". She's definitely hinting that it's the cube, but I'm betting it's something else we're meant to find along the way.

Exactly...plausible deniability, I'm willing to bet that there is also a contingency in place to prevent any kind of "Masquerade" denouement taking place.

(We'll find the Cube when we're darn well supposed to, and not before...and if anyone does find it before, it'll be a fake planted by the Third Power/Big Bird/Hong Kong Phooey)

It's such a cliche which implies she hasn't really seen anything but's just using a bit of journalistic licence to get times readers interested in the game.

It wasn't written for an unfiction audience which is mildly important to note.

Ah, nice article Smile Though it wasn't hidden that Naomi Alderman was the lead writer.

The tangible Cube isn't the motivating factor in my personal gameplay, however. But if it exists, I'd assume it would be in the UK somewhere.

Another small article, shamelessly found on the Mind Candy site.
