Now that someone mentions it- I've been creating trailheads for months now, starting with I Love Bees.

I have a small, nondescript brown paper notepad where I write messages along the lines of "Your Adventure Begins..." and leave them everywhere- bus seats, public toilets, post office boxes, library books, noticeboards, even the sign-in sheet at my drama school's reception...I'm moving house in a couple of days, and I'm leaving a note in an empty kitchen drawer for the new owners, too.

In these days of waiting, what else is there but to play the White Rabbit?

Trailheads imho are the most interesting part of the ARG, the unique ideas some people have with getting peeps into the game, like ILB and the honey, that was excellent.

Too many ARGs are starting off with "well i seen this blog..." which seems a bit burnt out now. So i'm gonna experiment also with IRL indicators, PS/PPC and the Marketing Weekly ad...well if you have the cash its excellent Smile

now that you guys have gotten me into the idea - i'm definitely going to 'play the white rabbit' and start leaving notes and/or graffiti around town. this could be a fun way to fill time till launch Smile

besides, i've always been of the 'more the merrier' mindset.

Ok, so, given that I think that finding a post card in an airport totally rocks (I mean, imagine how cool it would be to find one on a subway train/station, or in a taxi; or to see a sticker on the back of a theatre seat in front of you, or on an ATM, or even on a payphone Shocked ), I think we should mass-distribute them. Seriously.

To that end, I've made three lame designs that undoubtedly lack artistic qualities, but get the point (the point being the rabbithole proper) across:

the bumper sticker:

the sticker sticker:

and the postcard:

The bumper sticker and the postcard follow the sizes specified by Cafepress, which means that you can either sell them to yourselves or to others. The sticker sticker is just the size of a business card, which, I figure, should be easy enough to convert to some other, uh, sticker sizes. I think it should be relatively easy to print those out in the comfort of your homes, though, provided you have nice thick paper (for postcards) or label paper (for stickers) and a color printer. Oh, and if anybody wants to improve upon the designs, I have the png files, which should be easier to manipulate than jpgs.

Anyway, go forth and spread the word about syzygy, my fellow ARGers. Ask not what the game can do for you; ask what you can do for the game Mr. Green

good work with the images... one question though: could you post links to high-res (300 dpi) versions of the images? Smile
