EMAIL GWG: Digital pictures

Just received this from the hospital

Dear Sirs:
We're sorry but the number you provided is not a valid Insurance Company Incident Report number and does not correspond to any of our digital picture files. Unfortunately, for privacy reasons, our digital photo database is indexed only by the IR number. The individual images are then labelled with some identifying mark or identifying text from the image itself for visual identification and confirmation purposes. If you can provide the correct IR number or a possible identifier from the expected contents of the photo, we can then locate and provide access to the digital photo you have requested.
