 		that is pretty weird although at the moment as I am googleing it looks out of game to me, and legit for some reason although the gazette is poorly designed.

[edit] the gazette seems to have started in june sometime so I doubt that it is in game, although the mention of the name/place perplex city is weird...also, the documents are hosted on what seems to be a legitamate site...so unfortunately...no...it looks like it is out of game...

Neonsnake picked this up on Oct 10th. It is on the 'Update Perplex City Oct 8th' thread, P3, but it was never followed up. I would say it is a dead end, as the web sites don't link to anything useful Biogen.com is a healthcare org, VoteDC.org is a legit politico one. Unless wiser folk than I (everyone!!) know better I'd say its' a no-go.
