Well, considering we were told that they have operations in those other countries listed, it'll either be a few smaller events in each main city or one really big event. Either way, the only way we'll find out is to pay attention to the 3rd of January eh.

Not that I know what's going on with any of this Neurocam stuff, but I have been reading up on the little that I can find...

I personally doubt that any "events" are planned for the 3rd of January - instead, I think the mission is to test our (a) creativity and (b) skills of perception / observation.
