Count Olaf...

I haven't read the books, or seen the movie. But I decided to check out this most unfortunate site (its soooo easy to start talking like that) and discovered something that has SOOO much potential to be an ARG, but not quite (even the many websites, blog, etc.)

The Count Olaf website: www.countolaf.com a pretty straightforward tie-in

The Count Olaf... campaign trail? www.countolaf.com/election

The Count Olaf Blog? www.countolaf.com/blog

Nothing too interactive, but fun to read, plus some voting stuff. Then again, I haven't seen too much of the site... so many pages.

What do ya think?

Yah, Olaf's remix of the Unfortunate Events trailer is pretty damn funny. Or is it just me? Question

Its on the "greatest movie ever made tab" of the countolaf.com

Well...for anybody who has seen the movie (i don't know if it is in the books-i haven't read them), there's a pretty cool encryption code used.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

A suicide note is written and some words have some misspellings in them. But one of the kids thinks about it and realizes that the letters that are really supposed to be there spell out a hidden message. Seems like a cool ARG code to use.
