META: CTW makes slashdot, sites will be slow

CTW, ARGN, Unfiction, and several other ARG related sites were mentioned on Slashdot & Metafilter tonight. A common occurance when sites are mentioned on slashdot, the slashdot effect, is that sites experience a large peak in traffic and slow to a crawl or worse. Just be patient, all will return to normal shortly.

To those making your way here from slashdot and metafilter... welcome!!! If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. The guide and quickstart guide are a great way to get up to speed relatively quickly and we'll gladly help you along here in the forums or in irc chat (web based or direct your irc client to irc.chat-solutions.org #ctw). Diandra's "New to ARGs" is also a great introduction to this crazy genre.
