just adding to the list

1.) Fibonacci sequence:

This appears regularly, from the lottery numbers in the hornchurch star, to the perfect spirals in the weather map, and in the assessment test and on the secret picture of the hornchurch crossroads webcam.
The sequence is
1 1 2 3 5 8 13 21 34 etc

2.)10,946 is the reward money, and is also the 21st fibonacci number.

3.) 1366 appears as the number of inhabitants in hornchurch,
the number of the jets used by trident air,
the number of rooms in one of the hotels offered by pathway travels,
the number of words used in marlowe's e-mail,
the date stella artois started brewing,
the name of a company marlowe design a logo for,
it's in the phone numbers for dennis horen and sable and shuck,
it is not a fibonacci number (therefore impure)
it is not a perfect square

4.) the number 21:
21st december is the last time Jon left a message in his cache.
21 is the 9th fibonacci number.
21 also appears in the lottery results (no surprise there)
21st number of fibonacci is 10946 (the reward money)
21st letter of the greek alphabet is PHI (-is this in game?)
21 - this is the number of questions you have to answer consequetively in the soul assessment in order to reach the minimum score of 15/9. (i.e. take the test 3 times, and you will always score 15/9 on the third try)(there are 7 questions in the test)
21st Jan - some people have said that this is the pagan new year? (is this true?)

5.) 61 and 49, the numbers of the roads at the crossroads. (49 is a perfect square)

6.) 24-25-26, the numbers appear consequetively in the article on Den Horen (25 is a perfect square)

7.) 5'11", 14 stone are the sizes for Jon Harker (BMI = 27.3)

8.) 5045 - jon's password to the early cache.

9.) dates and 128212821
2/4 to 1/4 April Fool's Day
6/7 to 4/7 Independence Day
8/7 Bazookas link added to both caches
11/8 to 13/8 Friday Thirteenth
13/8 to 14/8 FR link added to BOTH caches
29/8 to 27/8 ?
23/10 to 31/10 Halloween
21/12 Winter solstice

calculate the number of days that change
you get
128212821 (or 12821280 depending on which way you look at it)

10.) 1587622319 - jon's receipt number from inferno cargo

11.) PHI, the golden ratio.... the soul worth is divided by phi to get the soul derivative. Phi is also associated with the music of spheres and fibonacci. it is roughly equal to 1.6, and is deemed a pure number.

12.) 93935 - the number on the hornchurch weather map

13.) 441 - room 441 is a perfect square, it says in one of the guest books.
And guess what ! 21*21 =441

14.) perfect squares
1, 4, 9, 16, 25, 36, 49, 64, 81, 100, 121, 144, 169, 196, 225, 256, 289, 324, 361, 400, 441
(highlighted numbers appear in game.)

15.) 666, the number of the beast.
appears in two phone numbers, for den horen and sable and shuck.

5' 11", 14 stone.

5 + 11 = 14.

Anyone interested in the golden ratio should definitely listen to this

http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/science/rams/5numbers3.ram

Might as well learn something while we're waiting for the game to move on....

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

x * x = x + 1

this equation only applies to the golden ratio, 1.618....

Has this rabbit-thing that fibonacci seems interested in according to above link got something to do with bunny brigid? Don't think it's a clue or so, just a joke from the PM maybe. Or just a stupid coincidence.
