Roma Gill... a real person.

Interesting text on roma gill.
http://web.ics.purdue.edu/~pwhite/marlowe/msan/5_1_1985/4.html

Apparently, as of several years ago, anyway, she's an expert on Marlowe, as well as Shakespeare.

From oxford university press:
Roma Gill, the series editor, taught Shakespeare to all levels. She acted in and directed Shakespeare's plays throughout Britain and lectured on Shakespeare all over the world and was awarded the OBE in 1994 for services to English Literature. Roma Gill died earlier this year.

Go Figure.

I think the 'year' they're speaking of is 2002, but I'm not sure.

First post on your forums..

this is what i found on the hornchurch site...

if you look @ the webcam you see the dates. When you view the properties of the picture...

when you change the last number into something else you get this:

day 1

day 2

day 3

day 4

day 5

day 6

day 7

day 8

this one is the weirdest because it has something to do with the question @ S&S help?

I think the part about the mistakes refers to the wrong dating. Maybe this is a clue to the missing door-password or to his receipt pass...

You also need to bear in mind that the errorPage.php for the Money Worries advert is on goldenfuturesandoptions.com rather than hornchurch.com

Cheers, Greg.

Maybe you can only view these sites if you've got a contract with S&S? A contact for/with an other world?

well

My boss suggested this...

The Roma Gill reference may be a further pointer towards the similar handwriting on a post in the Flash Book sections of Pathway Travel, or simply toward something else Jon wrote.

The first thing I thougt of when I read the new story was that it was pointing back to the "writing on the wall", i.e. what's projected on the wall behind the desk in The Hiding Room.

Cheers, Greg.

What about the last line in the letter?

"Have you seen Jon?"

Why would we have seen/ met him? Perhaps they are meaning "Have you looked at him?" (The photos).
Has any of the pics of him been changed?

Isn't this just a reminder of the
helpmefindjon site?

That is the first thing I thought, why else would she comment on his handwriting? If you look at the Hilbert's Hotel book there is a passage that says "I was extremely dissapointed to find that the book I wanted was missing. A wasted trip." This is probably Jon referring to the BOS, also you if you examine the b it is identical to the one on the back of the S&S card containing his login info. It's pretty obvious since it's kind of a weird way of writing a b he starts from the top then circles around from the bottom kind of like a 6.

Actually I don't think he wrote that at all. The writing looks to crooked and childish.

I think we have to start from what we know for sure. He writes in capitals. The writings on the wall over the desk is all capitals and also the page from Hilberts starting with "Initially, I found my stay at Hilbert's extremely rewarding..." That page led us to "ibidem" so we know for sure that he wrote that.

Next page that pulls my attention is in the Nazca guestbook. Look at the page "I am not sure why I came here...". Looks quite similar to Jon's handwriting.
This text (I am not sure why I came here...) also appears at Elysian Fields but this time with another handwriting. No more Mr. Capital Letters or what?

I'll look further into this after X-mas. Don't have time for awhile now.
