[PUZZLE] HIDEOUS NERD THREATENS HOT

I think there is a new clue for this puzzle...

"Even the most unsightly, menacing loser can reconstruct himself in a respectable way."

Another anagram? The best one I've found so far is UNDERNEATH THE SISTERHOOD, which makes no sense.

Varin I came up with the same anagram and if the PI coin is refering to a sorority that could make sense.

"Even the most unsightly, menacing loser can reconstruct himself in a respectable way." I came up with a couple of anagrams that have "hero" in them. It's one way a menacing loser can become respectable.

This undone shattered hero.

Underneath this hero dotes.

HIDE THE SHATTERED URN SOON
EAST DOOR THEN HIDES THE URN
SEEN THE DOOR THAT HIDES URN?

It is like looking for a needle in a haystack....lol

I like the fact you can find UNITED STATES in there, but nothing much to be made with the leftovers.

Detroit and Ohio can also appear in there, but with only one *I* not at the same time.

Going on the fact that we haven't used the Hail England, Queen Mary of Scotts on the urn, and that Oxford appears in the grid, I have been looking at anagrams with Rhodes(Rhodes Scholar) in them. So far I have a couple.

In the routes and the Rhodes.
Southern tie and the Rhodes. (Clinton was a Rhodes Scholar)

Arkansas for the third urn??

I had previously kinda assumed the Mary Queen of Scots was in reference to her cipher, but never went anywhere with it.

states

through deductive use of the process of elimination - I can find only four states contained here:

OHIO
UTAH
IDAHO
TENNESEE

I have even been able to construct words out of the left over letters but I am still working on them.

this is in the vein of the NEBRASKA TROLL STROLL anagram for the second urn. we know it is in the US somewhere...

Here's a few more:

EAST SHORE TO THE HIDDEN URN
AS THE HONORED TRUTH DENIES
IT'S THE SHARED HONORED TUNE
THE HAUNTED HONORED SISTER
THE SIN TAUNTED RHODES HERO
THIS HONORED AS THE DENTURE

Another possibility that has been thrown around is

THE URN SITE HONORS THE DEAD

Spec on "nerd" anagram

Personally I like: SOUTHERN SHRINE TO THE DEAD. Smile I had a few more, but they don't make near as much sense. But it could be the fact that I'm convinced it is somewhere in TN (Between Athens & Cairo, of course Wink )

Also, the sound file names (MTS71, MTS38, and MTS194) struck me as odd. All the Memphis, TN ZIP codes are 381's. 38194 is close to the airport (uses 2 of the file names). Graceland (the shrine??) is 38186. Just rambling here.
