[Halo 2] New Years Day Challenge Beekeepers vs Evade Evade Evade
Good 'ol fashion fun in a friendly tournament game.
Who is up for such a game?
(Note: just throwing the idea out there)

As long as we keep it nice and civil, and recognize that we are just friends playing a game with other friends, I am definitely in.

That's a good idea. Should we begin at the designated social hour (11pm ET, 10pm CT, 9pm, MT, 8pm PT)? Should we just start whenever the first two clan members wake up and slug it out all day?

I have to admit, you've got a point there.
Election: The New Years Day Challenge Starting Time
There are 27 choices, from 12:00am ET to 11:00pm PT. Please, rank your favorite (or least favorite) start times, and mark the rest "No opinion".

I agree, as long as we stay civil I have know problem kicking some Evade Evade Evade booty.
I was just wondering why a few choices appear twice?

hehe, Well I don't know about the rest of you, but I've got plans for pretty much the entire night of, and morning of.
But If the game is elected durring the later day, or earlier night... I'm good to play... otherwise, you''l be one frequently dying man short.

So, I just got an X-Box, a two-month trial for Live and Halo 2. Now, I don't have a headset yet, but I think I can still jump in with you guys without one. I'll be getting that spiffy headset after the New Year ... that's just fyi.
Which clan should I join, or do I have to be invited?

You have to be invited, but that's not much of a problem. I'm not sure which beekeeper clans are out there... I think "The Beekeepers", "Spartan 1point1" and "Evade^3" are the current three. You might want to play around with people first, and see who is in what clan. I know Evade^3 is growing, and has a lot of unfiction people in it, but it's probably the least competitive of the three. I've been in it for a while, so I don't know what "The Beekeepers" and "Spartan 1point1" are up to these days.

The choice is up to you. I would say get some friends from either clan and play a few games with them, then decide on what clan you like from there. I am sure if you ask one clan or the other for and invite they will try to accomodate you. I for one am a beekeeper but play often with krystyn and other Evade members when I can. Each clan has their own "personality" but there are those of us that hang out with or have on our friends lists many of the ILBers from other clans. All in all we are one big family, with all the joys and problems that being family creates. Welcome home sibling!

I often forget that I am even in a freaking clan, heh!
I've done maybe a handful of minor clan matches.
Clan drama does not get any of my mental energy, and is a sure-fire way to make me go play bumper cars rather than listen to accounts of who is being a poohead du jour.
So, you know, pick a clan, or not. I just wanna splatter people with my shiny purple ghost.
