I could be wrong but it wold be quite amussing if I were right, the PM's leave a clue and laugh hartily as the greatest ARG decoders struggle for hours to de steg an analyse code looking for somthing that is staring us in the face. Its what i would do Very Happy

So so far (spec)'(1)view (2)address/table(?)...(3) circle (as in there is a circle on logo) (4) London For (writting on the 50, I have never owned a 50 but it does look liKe 'for' but it could easily be Fif as in fifty- could someone with some 50's to hand verify?) (5) Sente

'View address, circle london for Sente....(6 ?)

Im probably getting carried away but I'm sure its in the actuall pictures

I have been thinking of this idea for some time but haven't gotten anywhere with it just yet. But I do think it is quite possible.

The only thing that jumps out at me is that the bottom two images could represent the phrase 'signed and sealed'

Now if we could just decipher the rest . Smile

I agree - sometimes we can be tooo complex bout these things
The role of these images is to give some overall clues as to the games basis so reading left to right and from the top down I would suggest the following..........

1. Where - acadamy visually or view of our world from the same location (as other speculation has indicated their world is similar but not identical to our world)

2. Where - address of the acadamy

3. What - the acadamy

4. Local currency - it appears the game will have UK bias and/or signifies that a reward/prize is up for grabs

5. Who - is running the show - Sente

6 - Picture of a letter we are all going to get at some time (after the newspaper ad teasers) that sets out basis of problem. The text you can read appears to be alluding to reward and success where othes have failed). Also the image behind the letter looks to me like the £50 note again.

Pictures 2-6 are therefore all images of the same basic shot of a letter with a £50 note/s by it. I would guess we are all going to see the contents of that letter in the not to distant future........... Very Happy

Oh nearly forgot
The cube itself...........when are the next upgrades/versions of PStation/X box/Nintendo whatchamacalit due out. Any of these fit in with the timeline of an ARG (3-6weeks 3-6months 3-6 years?!). I know it's rather obvious but sometimes obvious can be right to you know Laughing

Uhm... we already did - http://www.perplexcity.com/

Unless you mean a hard copy, which is doubtful since the online version has been there for months already.

Xbox 2, Nintendo Revolution and PS3 are all supposed to be playable at E3 in May. So I would say they will be released within a year or so (maybe even in time for Christmas '05).

I haven't got a fifty to hand but the wording is "for the governors (abrev.) and the company (abrev.) of the Bank of England" as it is on all notes issued by the bank.

Info on getting pictures of UK banknotes is here.

Too me it looks like it is hiding something-- for one the watermark that is in the shape of a landmass (Turkey? per the airport postings) goes outside of the image to which it belongs. Looks like a stain on the wood table for all practical purposes).

I may be repeating-- kinda new to this... but i have tried camoflouge with all permutations of the postcard number I could think of, fragments thereof, and codes thereof... bin, hex, oct... basic ROT, etc. Am I missing somthing, or has someone else tried these permutations already.. Now, per the email thread, I have not tried something simple like typing in that number string backwards, or something stupid....

Like I said new to this... this is my first ARG...but not completely clueless on crypto... so shouldn't be too much of an idiot in this... then again you all have been at this longer than I have... but my interest is peaked and will be following along if not participating fully.

Thanks,
Adam

one more thought... on the nintento/xbox/ps3 front...

Anyone know the codeword or release word for the new nintendo-- we did see Tokyo already... Sente could be NES te, or ET-- god knows they've released stupider platform names-- DS.... lol... and god knows they love the cube

Codeword/release word? I heard someone call the new console the "Nintendo Revolution." Is that what you mean?
