That's the new black ops section the team of Alias now work for. The whois tracks back to Disney.

The main page has a login and password prompt. Source code reveals little. They are tracking usage stats with scripts that point back to http://websidestory.com which is assuredly out of game.

 		Since it's in a flash movie, you can basically just skip the password part, beyond it is nothing really ARG-esque at all. It's all pictures of the crew and interviews and such.

EDIT: definitely being worked on still, a lot of the stuff isn't completed and is just tagged for where future stuff will go.
