Found something interesting.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
On side 6 Type in the only word known (there) then go back to puzzle 5 and look at the change. This does not answer the decryption, but we know how side 5 and 6 are related now.

I have solved the first code:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):

If you write the first sentence like this:
WAYHE
HROEX
YEURX?
and read down the columns you get
WHY ARE YOU HERE?

Do the same for the second sentence:
BAEN
EUIO
CSMT
and you get
BECAUSE I AM NOT -----

This looks like a clue to 1D in the crossword on the dark blue face:
WHY ARE YOU HERE?
BECAUSE I AM NOT THERE

When you enter the word THERE into the crossword, a new clue appears which seems to support that.

The second crossword clue is:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I put the letters into a 4x6 grid and reading each group starting from the bottom right and reading up; "What do you see The words on"

Edited to add what I did

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

EUOA
EODH
SYTW?

XORE
XSOH
NDWT

I figured I'd try it just in case Smile

I just thought I had it for a second and entered ISNTHOPELESS and realized it was two words Sad It would've fit so perfect! If this is the last, then this isn't hopeless!

[spec]"If this is the last" may mean "If this is the last answer" or in other words, "If this is the screen" That would give you something like "Then this the screen ----h------s." Immediately there are possibilities like "can show words" "can show faces" "can show ----s" "now shows ends", and a variety of other things. So far all I've tried doesn't work.

A couple reasons I think this might be the case are things such as the fact this type of answer would start to form a sentence with our answers so far "There the screens can show ?".[/spec]

If this is true, then perhaps we can use this crossword helper posted in the side 6 topic? If it is, we've got a lot of words to go through...

I have been working along the same assumptions, but no luck yet.
Here are a few that seem to make sense but dont work....

mustholdkeys
musthavekeys
musthaveties
musthavenews
musthaveuses
musthavebits
musthavegaps

one other thing I was thinking was the possibility that if "this is the last" then maybe it actually fills in the bottom line of the crossword which would then leave a sort of "fill in the blank"
