He's bluffing. He already moved the heavy stuff last weekend. On top of that, he's only moving 80 miles.

True I'm moving 90 miles, but my lease is up in May and I'm moving my wife in at that time. Moving sucks and is expensive. The move Clayfoot is reffering to is the moving of my stuff.

We're definitely going to miss you there, Griff. I was really looking forward to getting schooled at the internet cafe again (anyone remember the name of that place?). With any luck (and maybe a little more scheming), I should be able to make it again. What's another 12 hour drive, eh?

Sounds like I might have my road trip buddy again! ROCK!
What was the name of that cafe... The only thing I remember about it was how much fun it was to hang out with you guys.

I think the name of the place is RPM. But I'm not sure, so don't quote me on that.

Felt the need to quote you on that.

The only thing I could remember about it was how much fun it was finding it!
I guess the hanging out part was memorable too :p

I've been somewhat out of the loop cuz, well, i've been swamped at work and with other stuff.
So, with that, here are my questions, to be answered by anyone who thinks they know what's going on:
1. Do we have an itinerary for the weekend?
2. Is it going to be in the same area as the event?
3. should i plan on bringing my box and every tv i can find?
4. do we have somplace to set up lan/live games?
5. do people need help finding inexp. accomodation
I may be able to arrange an apartment that is no stranger to 14 - 20 playing together, do i need to? (although it does get a bit cramped at those numbers)
sorry if this is trout, but i can't be too obvious about reading the forum while at work.

I won't even begin to act like I know what I'm talking about...
OH, wait, yeah I wil..
1. Do we have an itinerary for the weekend?
At this point, no. There is a committee (what was that name again) that will probably throw something together, and we ARE definitely taking suggestions.
2. Is it going to be in the same area as the event?
This has not yet been decided. Hopefully over the next few weeks this will be ironed out along with the itinerary. Not having the date was a major road block, but now it seems we can't use that as an excuse anymore... dang...
3. should i plan on bringing my box and every tv i can find?
I can only guess on this one... but I'd say yes. I'm sure there will be some xbox playing going on, and I for one plan on packing my router, but we'll figure this out as well.
4. do we have somplace to set up lan/live games?
I vote Krystyn's house! Hehehe... Just kidding.
I'm sure we will be able to locate some where to house us as we frag one another.
5. do people need help finding inexp. accomodation
definitely. The more inexp. accomodation that can be found and posted the better. I'd also ask that you email me with such information seeing as I'm sure the committee would love to put together a little guide with the itinerary and other such pertinant information.

Forget the XBoxen and TV's. With XBox Live, we get plenty of XBox play time together. Let's do things that weekend that we can't do when we're apart.

Not everyone has XBoxes, though. It might be fun to just invade, OK, my apartment or something, and play for a bit!
I dunno! It sounds like fun to me.

When we're apart, we can't see the look on our buddy's face when we stickie them from across the map I suppose non-Halo things could be cool to. Was that the weekend that someone mentioned some sort of Anime convention?
