 		Friday Night Plans?
There are quite a few people who will be in town on Friday evening.
A couple of suggestions were mentioned in chat tonight (in #ctw of all places).
What do you guys want to do?

Meet up at a restaurant (on or off strip)?
Gather together and carpool up to Freemont Experience for some hysterial people watching (and some less expensive eats)?
Come to my house for pizza and.....? (I have a video poker and quarter slot machine if you really need to gamble).
Do your own thing?

Who's gonna be in LV on Friday night? Steve has a minivan to help with transportation. Let's hear from you.

 		I'm with Brooke on this. My reason for this trip is mainly to meet and spend time with everyone. I assumed that everyone might be coming with their own agenda so that's why I haven't made any suggestions about plans beyond Saturday night. Also, since I'm rarely in chat, I find that I'm feeling like a bit of an outsider (not that anyone has made me feel that way). I'd also like to see some of Vegas while I am there and would prefer to see it with some of the people from our group.

I'm arriving Thursday evening and planned to spend a some time on the strip that evening as well as the next morning. Diandra mentioned something about Friday lunch in chat last week and I would love to join her if she hasn't already made other plans. I'd also love to join in on a limo Saturday night with anyone. Just let me know who when and where. The only things I had definitely planned to do without the group are find time to meet with my friend Bill over the weekend and going to see "O" on Sunday night.

Since several people are arriving midday Friday, I would suggest we pick a time and place (maybe the Tuscany) where anyone who cares to can meet and join in some tourist activites together. Beyond that I'm coming to Vegas with tour book in hand and totally prepared to fend for myself, although that would be my last choice.

 		I too, plan to wander about Vegas, and haven't made any plans, so as not to interfere with Arg0fun activites. I wouldn't want to miss out on something exciting because i had my bum in a pedicure chair. I plan to just go with the flow Smile

By the way, uhm. As most of us don't know each other from a can o CheezWhiz... How are we gonna know who's who? I can picture myself running up to konamouse saying "hey! i'm scarpegrosse! you must be kona... SQUEEK".... Talk about sillyness Wink

Does anyone have a suggestion?

How hard could it be?. I mean, just how big are your feet anyway?

Seriously though, that's why I suggested setting up a meeting place ahead of time. The lobby of the Tuscany might be a good place since I expect it will be less frantic than somewhere on the Strip.

I'll also pass along my cell # to any of the attendees who think that might be a good way to locate each other.

Well, I won't be there but everyone could have glasses or sunglasses with masking tape.... your stereotypical nerd glasses.... how many other folks would be wearing those in Vegas?!?!? Laughing

For those who are Vegas-bound.....have a great trip! I know it will be tons of fun and I wish we could ALL be there.

Be sure to have the digicams on hand at all times, and we want the full report when you get back! (None of that 'what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas' hooey!)
