I did not receive this, but when I saw your post natas, I went ahead and did some searching. When I did a search for the UEA I got quite a few hits for an online sci-fi type game, as well as Babylon 5. But there was one hit that seemed odd to me. www.uea.net. Now at first this struck me as a legitimate organization. But I couldn't seem to find them referenced anywhere else. And many of the links on the site seem to be completely unrelated to an organization of this sort, real or not. Check out the UEA Directory link.

Now, all this searching was done in a hurry before bed, so I'm not positive that I did a complete enough search. Could someone else give that site a look over and see what they think?

pretty sure it's just a poorly-written sentence, Talaisan. Although it's still funny.

I think that UEA site is weird, but not part of the ARG. For one thing, none of the websites look even vaguely ARG-ish. Also, the video appeared to be set in the future.

Has anyone figured out what the guy who "breaks into" the video is shouting?

Most likely the money belonged to some kind of "Prince" that died some horrific death and now you have been picked to help him move the money to a bank in the US with you of course getting a sizable chuck of money. Oh but wait! You need to help him pay the fees first...

Got it too, replied but lack of response has left me wanting.. plus if it is meta, didn't want to give away anything, as I would dig a project to work on as mine is still months in the making.

The lack of response *IS* kinda scary however, I would hate to think we have someone harvesting emails from the interaction thread and sending themed messages...

Other scary thing is that it was auto-marked as spam, from another gmail account... and using the title "The Project", which was an ARG already played.

I got that "project" one as well, and I don't tend to get emails for games anymore thanks to rarely posting on the forums nowadays. So I think I'll pass on that one just in case it was info from the interaction thread.

Did a search on the email provided with it as well, and it came up an image with more or less the same message on the /x/ section of 4chan addressed to them as well. Out of personal preference I'm just deleting this one, in case it is something bad.
