 		Interesting. I got the iknowwhathappened e-mail too, complete with typos and everything, and I haven't been active for well over 3 years now... and not very much so even then. (Unless... hmmm.) Had to dig out the password for here before I could post.

(Edit: nope, looks like I probably didn't enter my e-mail address when signing up on Exoriare.)

Same here. Took me a couple of retries till the right password went through Razz

Everything from the wordpress blog to the vid and 2nd blog smells of an ARG

I got this email as well.

Man, it has been forever since I have been on the unfiction forums.

Based on the first post in the Becka Belle blog, and this one phrase that sticks out to me:

Uhh, so I never made an account here (that I can remember), yet I got this email today as well. I made it as far as the blog and YouTube page, but I don't understand what it is. Could this be an older ARG picking back up or something?

I tried to e-mail "Iknowwhathappened@wordpress.com" and it was sent back to me (delivery failed). I just sent an e-mail out to 'beckabellerocks@gmail.com' and I'm waiting to hear back.

Hey everyone! I just received this email as well, and this was the first place I came back to.

I'll start doing some research in a bit, but I find it interesting that old timers are getting contacted like this.

That could very well be a possibility. Given that we have people who haven't been around forever, and I'm sure I ended up with accounts there under both email addresses.

Yeah, I suspect IknowwhathappenedSPLATwordpress.com doesn't exist - wordpress.com doesn't actually offer email addresses. The email was actually sent via nearlyfreespeech.net:

Aha - come to think of it, Deus City is one of the few ARGs that did get my e-mail address, although I wasn't really active...

Got an e-mail inviting me to be James Howlett's friend on facebook. I don't know anyone by the name, but it was familiar. Upon clicking through, I found that it was the name of XMen's Wolverine. The entire page is dedicated to a biography of his life. I thought it might be a joke by a friend or something, but I recognize nobody among the friends listed. Just an advertising ploy or something else? I don't know, honestly. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense no matter the explanation, but I figure it's worth asking if any of you folks also got it?

Edit: Having done some more investigorating, I'm concluding that it's some jag-off who thinks he's being cute, possibly acting as an advertising bot. At least I figured out how he got my name, anyway.
