Can someone see if this is a trailhead or part of an existing ARG?Or if it's just random crazy person? I tired googling the username name but didn't come up with anything. It looks interesting, even if it is a few months old. I hope it's connected with something.

I don't have time for a new ARG right now, but I can tell you that my ARG Twitter account was followed by the same account, so I wouldn't discount it.

The tweets certainly suggest an ARG. For example, Phonopath has suggested that he/she found a suitable sound-proofed building but that the "building owner had to be, shall we say, phased out. No more interruptions.". Sounds like the building owner bit the big one!
A few other suggestive tweets are there too. We don't have much to go on thus far though.

Uhhh, okay. This one is just odd and it could be me being stupid, but random person I /might/ know but forgot has just requested me as a friend on Facebook? They have nothing on their facebook page but an email and a tinyurl that isn't connected to anything, and it says the page was just made a few hours ago or something? It says the birth date is past the age of anyone I know and wouldn't remember [I remember adults, but not really teens, and it says 1987?] , to the best of my knowledge... I did put my facbook page on the Interaction Thread, so... I don't know.
I sent her a message, but I'm reluctant to link to the person's FB directly just in case it is someone, don't want her to get spammed. :p Once I get confirmation from her, I'll edit with the link, just wondering if this sounds like it could be a trailhead or not. Oo

I was looking through Amazon for books about ARGs today and this one popped up:
