I got this from malignanthatredSPLATgmail.com:

Quote:
I am so weary of hiding. Someone come find me, I am ready for my punishment.

But ah! Not before I have a bit of fun.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O2BAZ-zeqbM

There was also two attatchments.

The "GA" is a shot from a youtube-mail from the e-mailaddress mentioned above. The title is "Take you down", and the text below is "Contact me, I can give you more clues.". The tags are "DOTSNIRT SHCETROCATEM XELPREP YTIC SUED NAMOOT MOT SRORRE HCTIRDLE DLEIFREVOLC DOOWHCROT E-LLAW REDDALREVLIS OHSULS".

The e-mail in it self is just "I am no controlling your motor skills. Obey my will. Do not fight it, embrace the change. Repeat after me" repeated through the text.

The "GA2" is the same text as above repeated on a shot of a video.

There is more text on the main page for the user but I cannot copy/paste to translate it.

Looks like you have a trailhead (not spam). Check the video tags - all meant to gather ARGers who are searching YT for stuff.

The account is brand-spanking new today.

Edit to add: Found a way to copy/paste the main page stuff.

I haven't received anything like this, but it doesn't seem like spam to me. All that work sending an anonymous email just to tell you about puzzle pieces and looking in the monster's belly? Just a little too coincidental. Probably a clue from a PM.

Yeah, that's what I thought, too. I'm not currently playing anything, though, so either it's a nudge gone wrong or a trailhead. I did do a little search for domain names with "the monster's belly" and variations thereof, but came up empty.

No idea why it's stretching the page over like that, either. Sorry!

So, any games going on that have a 15 piece puzzle?

A 15 piece puzzle is also called a 'slide puzzle'-- it's a square square with a bunch of little squares inside. You mix up the small squares and then you have to slide them around to make the picture again.

Got this from dickson21@terra.es
He's not asking for any personal info, so i don't get how it could be a scam..

What do you think?

Quote:
Confidential Fax:++44 707 502 4324 Personal Email:dickson21@terra.es 8th Jan. 2008

Dear Friend,

My name is Mr. Dickson Dada. I work as a senior investment consultant for a bank here in United Kingdom. I also work as part of the regional team that covers the entire Central European region. I had taken pains to find your contact through personal endeavours.

Approximately five years ago, an investor (Mr. Richard Gates â€" Deceased nine months ago) invested a total of US$14.777M (Fourteen Million, Seven Hundred & Seventy-Seven Thousand United State Dollars) with my department. With interest at today’s value, the said invested fund is now worth US$21.7M (Twenty-One Million, Seven Hundred Thousand United State Dollars).

Late Richard Gates’ Attorney/Lawyer notified my department of the sudden death (Car Accident) of Mr. Richard Gates. He (the attorney) also expresses concern that Richard had died without a WILL and he has no details of any surviving relatives. The lawyer has now requested my department to check our records to clarify who Late Richard Gates may have named as his next of Kin on the investment application. Fortunately, or rather unfortunately, the person named as next of kin, was his girl friend who also died in the car accident. I have not yet notified the lawyer that the next of Kin was the girl friend. I virtually have another fourteen working days to do so.

Should I notify the lawyer of my findings, automatically, the invested funds will be confiscated by the U.K. Government? This I do not mind, my concerns and worries is that the funds once released from our bank, it will be diverted else where by senior U.K. government functionaries for their personal gains. On the basis of my worries, my immediate boss and I decided to act fast by contacting and inviting you to work with us posing as a relative of the deceased. With our insider’s privileged information, the funds can be paid to you as the only surviving relative. We have all the information and guidance to enable you and us realize this opportunity. We have evaluated the risk analysis and we are convinced that there is no risk element, as long as we both maintain strict confidentiality.

As you should understand, I am taking a great risk contacting you and making this proposal. Therefore, you should understand why I must say no more about this transaction until I receive a call, email or fax from you confirming receipt of this letter.

Once secured communication has been established between you and us, detailed clarifications will be dealt with, such as what each party stand to benefit and time scale and procedures. Time is not in our favour. Please establish secured communication with me through any of the above means.

Yours truly
Mr. Dickson Dada.

Another strange thing is, on the box where it says who the email is for, instead of having my email there it has this: mariammusa701SPLATyahoo.com

And this string of characters more than once in the email (’) when i first read it i thought that was a currency or something, i didn't really pay attention to it, but now that i read it throughly, they're definetly out of place.

I don't see how it could be a scam, since it doesn't ask for any personal info of any sort. I really have no idea what to think of it. Considering the fact I got this recently after joining unfiction, I thought i could post it here.
