So, with the drop in price (<$20 at wally's world and other fine locations) anyone else thinking about picking it up? I know a few of us have it (or at least access to it on a regular basis) and I'm very interested in seeing what it plays like online....

Gee, I already got it for free with broadband service from my cable company, but I've only played it a couple of times because... you know... what's it got to do with Halo?

well when I drive a warthog I end up crashing into things, just think of Burnout in that fashion I suppose.

So really its just like Halo. But without the guns. And aliens. And space. And Master Chief.

Other than that, yup.

That said, I'm in for starting up a Burnout game sometime. Man cannot live on Halo alone.

Me too. I've played loads of single player but haven't done much online. I might be up for a game tonight, assuming I don't get sidetracked with other plans. (Been busy these past couple weeks, between work, disease, and research for a business venture a friend and I are planning.)

Oh, so NOW you cheapskates want to talk about BO3, huh? Just kidding. I love the game, and it's fun online, but the interface for it (as is the case with just about every other xbox live game) seem so incredibly ponderous after Halo 2. Maybe we can organize a BO3 night. Maybe I can ever get a chance to get on XBOX live again .

Me and Ubercado got a few races in the other night - after wrestling with the interface for what felt like forever. So I'm gonna post this here. If you're ever trying to get into a game with me in Burnout, and it's password protected, if I created the game the info will be as follows:

Kept it short for the sake of "typing" with a controller.

Incyr and I played it a bit last night as well. Great fun, but Road Rage mode is rather disappointing with only two players.
