[XBOX][Halo 2]Tooting my own horn.... I really can't say that I'm only tooting my own horn, because it was definitely a team effort, but this was by far the best I've EVER done in a game. Just check out the death toll for our team, it pretty much says it all.

Wow, the things that could be said right here. *evil grin*
But I'm not going to. I have enough blue glowy thingies of my own, I don't need any others...

I only wish I'd been the one to think of that gag, FugitiveSoldier...
And well done on the game, Angelo.

Okay, I SERIOUSLY don't get the whole manatee thing.
What am I missing? (Wait, don't answer that...)

In relation to this thread? Just assuming it's a joke about death tolls and such.
As to why it's funny:
On May 6, 1937 the Hindenburg Disaster occurred (no that's not funny) . The airship burst into flames as it neared its landing platform. Herb Morrison, a reporter for WLS Radio in Chicago, happened to be covering the event and cried out the now famous words, "Oh, the Humanity!" (information stolen from first google search result).
The words "Oh, the humanity!" have since been immortalised in shows like The Simpsons, as uttered by Kent Brockman, and this is a play on those words with a similar sounding statement and a photoshopping of the original picture. I have attached a small image of the original.
There - I have now killed the joke, dissected it, and discarded the corpse in the nearest waste receptacle. My work here is done.

That was quite the explanation, Gestas.

Yep, honestly. They got 0 kills. The great part was that they really weren't THAT bad. It wasn't like they were completely new to the game and were continually running into the walls. There were a number of instances where my shields were down (oh, I can hear krystyn giggling now...) and I was probably mere shots from death, then I would hear the slash of a glowy sword and the shots would mysteriously vanish... quite odd now that I think of it...
