I will not be attending the Chicago Hivemeet but want to send best wishes to all those that will be attending. I hope everything goes well and I'm sure you will all have a blast. From all those not attending, have fun, be safe, and don't forget to share some moments.

As I recall, babies are highly portable items even though they seem to require massive amounts of equipment. Perhaps you could take Dorkmaster jr. to the brunch? That way when the baby grows up and ARGs are super famous, you will be the coolest Dad ever for taking the baby to the first Chicago Hivemeet.

You can risk Vash and Thunderclap from that list. They already said they are not coming ... Don't know about the others.

Wow a lot of people are backing out of this thing. I'm sorry to hear that. I'm going to get in my car and start driving that direction in about half an hour. That will put me in Chicago sometime tommarrow afternoon. I won't have any internet access between now and when I come home, so if anyone needs to find me, they can refer to the cell phone list that Phaedra is putting together. Can't wait to see everyone.

I wish it could be easier for me to just up and drive to Chicago... I'd SO be on the road tomorrow if I could. I have so many reasons to go up there it's not even funny.
Hey Phae, if I PM'd you my cell, could you coerce the others into calling me and telling me what a great time I'm missing, so I feel bad about not being able to go? I'd appreciate that.

Beekeeping. I just wanted to mention that when I came to check the board, my massive MP3 list decided to play Tori's "The Beekeeper". Heh.

I'm not sure if it was already decided to not have a lan party this weekend but I have decided to not bring my Projector and Xbox with me. My plans for this weekend are pretty full with most of the major outings planned. So I just don't feel like lugging around those pieces of equipment if i'm not going to use them.
Oh and Pheadra I don't have a cell phone so I might have to use a payphone to contact some of you other beekeepers while i'm in town.
Anyway, see ya'll tomorrow sometime.

Yeah... unfortunately I have be one of those to join the shame group of "I can't go"-ers. Scheduling plus the small issue of my legal guardians (parents*) have resulted in my inability to go...
*raises hands and blesses* You must all have a fantARGstic time (okay, okay, I was going to use ARG-rific, but someone already did ) and I will see you all on unfiction and the like when you get back.
