ah, that's how you do it

i'll never cease to be amazed by a girl's ability to be wearing a sweatshirt, and suddenly, the arms go in, a bra come flying out, the sweatshirt comes off, and there's a chiffon evening gown underneath

For your playing pleasure!
The ilovebees text adventure game "Axon Hunter"!

its like the Hitchhiker's Guide game from the 80's, only not!

instructions download the zip file:
http://coffeejedi.darkimage.net/axonhunter.zip

put the files in "My Documents" or wherever
install Quest by running the quest353.exe file
launch quest from your start menu or desktop
open the axonhunter.asl game file from wherever you put it]

Enjoy!
Message me if you get stuck!
There's also a fair amount of in jokes in the game, so try various things.

Great photo collection, Krystyn! Like the captions, too.

Awesome pictures, have I mentioned I wish I'd been there?

I do have one final question. Did you all call each other by forum/XBL names the whole time, or did you shift to 'real' names?

I was only there for Friday dinner, but I believe we were mostly calling each other by forum names.

Yeah, we're that 1337. Smile

I'm not sure how many read the livejournals, so I figured it'd be good to post here too.

Thursday night a few of the beekeepers got to see a side of Woody and myself that they'd not yet seen. No, it did not involve stripping or nudity. It did, however, involve ninjas.

Woody the Ninja was a short film Woody and I put together a little over a year ago, and INCyr, Silrn, CoffeeJedi, and Dasro watched it for the first time on Day 0 at Krystyn's apartment. Since it's always fun to be on the inside of a joke, feel free to watch. Laugh. Cry. Experience the critically acclaimed ninjaness. Just don't sass Woody.

that is super awesome. Somehow I missed the post on your LJ. I especially love that you did it with a mere A60, which isn't even primarily a video camera!

I used mostly forum names, with the exception of Steve maybe. In my case, people would have trouble to say it, so Waters is just a lot easier! People even called my wife Mrs Waters! Laughing

This is hilarious! I watched it yesterday and I had to send the link to Mrs Waters. She loved it as well! You guys are just awesome! Laughing

I recall a few people at the hivemeet seeming to want to get together a huge .zip file with all the pics in it. If people want to start organizing that, drop me a PM and I can give you FTP login info to my server with mucho space/bandwidth (and FTP help, if necessary).

Also, I feel rather embarassed to be the unofficial gadget man - if only you knew the pain my bank balance is going through... Shocked
