During ILB, I found myself getting logged out after a while of idling. (I was doing plenty of reading but little posting, which the system considers to be idle time.) I was told it had something to do with maximum number of connections, and the system had to expire sessions which were deemed inactive to allow new people to log in.

I didn't think we were having high traffic here these days, but perhaps you could take a look at the bottom of the homepage to see how many people are reading the forums during those times when your session expires.

Or, it's all your fault. You realize that if you close your browser, your session is logged out? Try keeping the UF index open in one window and read/post in a new window. (I like trying random things like that to gather more test data.) Oh, and try a different browser?
