I got an email too. It started with "You were right", so it was the "good" one I guess.

I also got the reward and a password to the locked door (JOKE).

As I said, I entered Peel Castle Isle of Man last week. That was the only suggestion I ever made apart from Peel Castle, and Isle of man, on its own.

I sort of agree with whats been said about it being a logical end to the game, apart from the fact that Brigid said would be in touch with details of the reward - so its more like an end to a chapter.

I think Jon is either: Dead, Hiding, Captured, or In on it (The man in Black/friend of Brigid).

Well we'd do well to remember that S&S weren't hunting down Jon because he'd sold his soul, they were hunting him down because he'd nicked the Book Of Star and was planning to destroy them for all eternity. Which is a wee bit cheekier.

I suppose we can't assume Jon has met his demise, but Brigid certainly hasn't met her's, so we can be sure Jon didn't pull any Buffy-style moves at the castle... more's the pity, that's a video I'd like to have seen!

Jon's memories

Well let's say he was found and his childhood memories stolen. Between the cache and the back of the photo, and the photo itself, we can help remind him of lost memories.

Anyone want to text him some of his memories back? Maybe he'll give you the keg in his fridge.

a fragment of the stone of destiny is contained within the coronation chair which was formerly in Westminster Abbey and now returned to the Bonnie Bits of this ssceptred isle...

sorry if this has lareday been posted (and for the slurring) i started writing this 2 days ago (when I bet it HADN'T been posted) but fingers not hitting the right keys

( been researching the merits - or not - of S.A. versus lots of other aloholcic drinks ... and havinga damn fine time in the "process" )

arthurian legend and stones? surely that points to that sword he had and the stone it was in...excalibur anyone? it doesn't work as a paaword for the mezzanine unfortunately so i think that it's way off...but it was an interesting idea Smile

Sorry, but Excalibur wasnt the sword in the stone. Excalibur was made by an elf-smith from Avalon, and was given to Arthur by the Lady-of-the-Lake. Common mistake.

I just wanted to test a theory and since I didn't ever send a location in to Brigid orginally I sent her the location today. She sent me the 2nd email later in the afternoon. I was kind of hoping for a 3rd email that indicated I was too late. But no avail.

so, now we have a few theories going,

peel castle
arthur stone
camelot
scotland
rosslyn

but, dont forget the fact that brigid found jon on peel castle, so i dont understand why we are speculating about other places in england.

there are lots and lots of legends about all the theories, who will pick the "right" one.....

i guess we need to stick more to the facts, otherwise we could end up in mekka too, because there is a "holy" stone too.....way off that is.

we need to collect all the evidence found, and then get the best theory about those facts.

we need to find out what exactly happened there at peel castle, what was jon searching there? he isnt hiding for the MIB, because he sold his soul allready to him, so the MIB shouldnt have to search for Jon at all, when he dies, he automattically comes to him by himself, that was part of the deal.

remember faust, when he died after the years he'd gotten, he was killed in a terrible terrible way. blood spoiled all over the place.
so, why would the MIB search for him?

if it is about the book of star, what would the MIB gain with finding Jon, except for the fact that the book of star is the only way to defeat him.

and what has this all to do with the mezzanine door? i really dont see that connection. if all our theories are correct, what can we EXPECT to find behind that door?

another room? or perhaps a balcony? or what? there must be something we can think of, unless we think completely wrong....

sorry for long post, needed to vent my thoughts about this. unless we get a bit clearer in clues, we can proceed.

so, before you post a new "theory" think about it very very well, and show why you think that this is THE theory.

like we have been working now, we name a thing, and lots of other ppl find "evidence", making the theory worthwhile, but in the mean time thicken the cloud of uncertainties.........
